Favorite Coffee and / or Tea:
Rise Up Brand Migration Coffee (Fall Blend): This light roast had a nice brightness to it, wasn't too bitter, and rounded out to a nice bit of smoothness. Keep in mind this is a seasonal one so this isn't available all the time at Rise Up (if you live in Maryland). It's good though! Link-https://riseupcoffee.com/products/organic-migration-fall-seasonal

Method Brand Fresh Affirmations Body Wash (notes of eucalyptus, spearmint & sage): This was a perfect, cleansing scented kinda body wash- I'll link it: https://www.target.com/p/method-body-wash-fresh-affirmations-18oz/-/A-90634547#lnk=sametab

Favorite Book(s) I've Read:
The Book of Witching (my October 2024 BOTM pick) by C.J. Cooke: This book pick was definitely a good one! It channeled the witchy vibes very well, and I had a hard time putting this one down. The Unfortunate Side Effects of Heartbreak & Magic by Breanne Randall (picked out from my local library): This book was so good- perfect for my Practical Magic & Gilmore Girls fans- and it was full of witchy moments, a bit of romance, and family. I did love that this book featured recipes in it (for my fellow aspiring chefs or just really like to cook, get it for the recipes- ranging from savory to sweet to even a few hand/body DIY's). Phantasma by Kaylie Smith (book 1 in the series): This book was one wild roller-coaster ride I surprisingly didn't want to get off of! It had all the gore/horror moments thrown in within the nine levels of the games in the book plus a bit of twisted, spicy-scene kinda romance and a plot twist I didn't see coming. Definitely a bit out of my comfort zone but enjoyed it! The House at Watch Hill (book 1 in the trilogy) by Karen Marie Moning: This was a new to me author and this book didn't disappoint at all! The story started off slow, but gradually picked up in a very good way. Kept me guessing in spots, and naturally like books like to do to us, left me on a cliffhanger towards the end. Really liked it! Favorite TV Show and / or Movie(s) I've Either Watched or Streamed:
- Woman of the Hour on Netflix- This was a wonderful directorial debut from Anna Kendrick and gave me chills, shocks, gasps the whole movie- I felt one part of the side characters' storyline went a bit too fast but other than that it was good. Do keep in mind that this is based off of a true story, too (that part alone gave me chills). You can watch this movie on Netflix (based on wherever you live in the world).
