November 2016 Monthly Nutshell
Here's one of my monthly nutshells for you today! Enjoy!
November 1st, 2016: Had an unexpected program outing today; also did my evening meditation as this was a bit of rough day for me.
November 2nd, 2016: Therapy session went well and even tried a Peppermint Mocha at Starbucks (not bad at all). Enjoyed watching the 50th annual CMA's on TV.
November 3rd, 2016: Did fun errands out (tried a coffee frap- not bad either); meditated as normal and begin packing for a weekend getaway with my family.
November 4th, 2016: Left to go down to visit my Grandpa this weekend (went out to dinner, and got some coffee on the way back- decaf it was). But he had no idea I was coming! The surprise aspect of it was fun!
November 5th, 2016: Woke up earlier for a serene, peaceful morning walk with my mom and grandpa; also went to Target and Starbucks that day as well. Came home later on from our weekend getaway.
November 6th, 2016: Went on a lovely walk with my mom on the boardwalk; got some goodies for my sister's birthday gift at Hallmark and put that together after I got home.
November 7th, 2016: My doggy Hyatt has his annual vet appointment; prepped a list for an outing tomorrow; my Sephora order had also come in the mail.
November 8th, 2016: Hyatt's annual walk! Went to go vote today and did some quick errands before heading home.
November 9th, 2016: Cleaned out and threw stuff out of my room; made chef salads for dinner.
November 10th, 2016: My November 2016 Birchbox came in the mail; had my program outing today.
November 11th, 2016: Had some quick errands to run; took Hyatt for his walk with coffee intact, too. Made myself dinner; prepped a list for tomorrow.
November 12th, 2016: Chores today (didn't take long at all); my November ipsy bag came in the mail and I also managed to film the unboxing for the Birchbox and Ipsy for this month, too. Took Hyatt for a walk today; cooked some lemon rosemary chicken, sweet potatoes roasted, brussels sprouts also roasted, too (this was dinner tonight).
November 13th, 2016: Hyatt's walk! Made dinner for my family tonight as well (since they had come back today from their weekend excursion).
November 14th, 2016: Hyatt's walk! Also had a nice dental appointment (there I got the last cleaning on my teeth), too.
November 15th, 2016: Had my program outing today and even treated myself to a vanilla chai tea latte while out, too.
November 16th, 2016: Therapy session went well; planned out stuff for future writing works.
November 17th, 2016: Had my very nice outing out today (Applebee's, Giant- fresh cut flowers for my birthday, TJ Maxx for a new candle- Lavender Chamomile scented and Starbucks for tea); recieved wonderful gifts all from my family and had delicious fish tacos for dinner and vanilla chai cupcakes for my birthday dessert.
November 18th, 2016: Had a dental appointment today (got a cavity filled- was numb for 2 hours; but got redbox on the way home and watched Ghostbusters- 2016 version with my sister; also watched Inside out with my family that night, too). Played a nice match of bowling on the Xbox One with family.
November 19th, 2016: Looked around at some beautiful homemade wreaths, saw Fantastic Beasts and where to find them; stopped in TJ maxx with family and got some tea tree oil and a new journal for 2017.
November 20th, 2016: Had a nice enjoyable errand run out with my mom (nearly got attacked by a bird- long story...); enjoyed the time in our deck hot tub; watched In Your Eyes on Netflix (some of it that is) and continued my re-reading of The Universe Has Your Back.
November 21st, 2016: My Play by Sephora box came in the mail; filmed a new YT video for my channel; continued packing for my thanksgiving vacation.
November 22nd, 2016: Headed out for our thanksgiving vacation today!
November 23rd, 2016: Did some errands out with family (walmart, starbucks, subway, and michael's) and I went on the most peaceful boat ride with my dad today, too.
November 24th, 2016: Enjoyed the Macy's thanksgiving day parade; treated myself to a nice hot bath today; finally, made time to catch up on Gilmore Girls on Netflix (three episodes I watched! Three!).
November 25th, 2016: Unloaded Christmas totes; went on a nice outing out with my family; meditated before bed (5 minutes to be exact).
November 26th, 2016: Made my sister's birthday cake; went to get some new clothes, Starbucks, Target and since it was my sister's birthday we went to outback steakhouse for dinner.
November 27th, 2016: Left to go home today from our thanksgiving vacation; put Christmas decor up in my room; washed and put all of my new clothes and current laundry away.
November 28th, 2016: Watched my new FOB dvd I got for my birthday; made new spotify/itunes playlists (winter/christmas inspired) and also got an episode of Gilmore Girls in on Netflix.
November 29th, 2016: Had a nice program outing (went for a nice walk on the boardwalk, got my vanilla chai tea latte, and also got some fun goodies at CVS); finished up Christmas decor in my living room.
November 30th, 2016: My therapy session wasn't too terrible; went out to eat to Greene Turtle with my parents; made some delicous vegan cinnamon sugar waffles for breakfast.

October 2016 Monthly Nutshell
Here's my monthly nutshell post for October! Enjoy reading!
October 1st, 2016: Went and did some fun errands with my family today (went to Target, Chevy's- for chips and salsa, and Barnes & Noble). Played some bowling on the Xbox one with family and finally finished my Miss Pergerine's Home for Peculiar Children book tonight too.
October 2nd, 2016: Did a quick grocery store run with family and treated myself to some new freshly cut flowers to put in my room.
October 3rd, 2016: Began my new book find I got on 10/1- The Universe Has Your Back by Gabby Bernstein; journaled tonight as well.
October 4th, 2016: Continued to read some more of The Universe Has Your Back today; had a delicious cookie ice cream sandwich; also, continued to journal on this day, too.
October 5th, 2016: Had a nice but enjoyable therapy session today; got some fun goodies at Target (Pumpkin Spice Larabars, anyone?); wrote some more of my new trilogy tonight, too.
October 6th, 2016: Enjoyed my new progam outing today; began planning out stuff for next year in my new planner I got from Wal-Mart.
October 7th, 2016: Began watching Gilmore Girls on Netflix and even had a cup of decaf coffee to drink as I watched the series. Went to my grandparents house this day.
October 8th, 2016: Did some errands with family; made salted caramel chocolate chip cookies; continue to watch some more Gilmore Girls tonight on Netflix.
October 9th, 2016: Left to go home today from my grandparents house; got some pretty pictures of the sunset while crossing over the bridge on our way home (even got a cup of decaf coffee, too! Yay!). Part of my costume order came in this past weekend, too.
October 10th, 2016: Made double chocolate banana bread; did a deep sleep meditating practice and some bedtime yoga tonight, too.
October 11th, 2016: More of my costume order came in and so did my Birchbox for October 2016, too. Decided on this night as watched an episode of Gilmore Girls on Netflix, I wanted a cup of decaf coffee before bed (don't ask why).
October 12th, 2016: Took care of some YT video planning today; helped my dad out with some outdoor stuff.
October 13th, 2016: Made my favorite dinner tonight- spaghetti squash with turkey meatballs (also made from the box organic double chocolate brownies from Annie's for dessert).
October 14th, 2016: Laundry to do & Gilmore Girls on Netflix; made salmon for my mom and I for dinner tonight.
October 15th, 2016: Last part of my costume came in the mail and my lovely neighbor gave me some celebrity magazines to read; went and saw Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children at the movies tonight (did like it; they left out a lot of important things from the book I liked) and even went to Michaels' and got some new journals and enjoyed a grass-fed burger from Elevation Burger for dinner tonight.
October 16th, 2016: Made an pumpkin espresso bundt cake with a coffee-rum glaze; did usual chores.
October 17th, 2016: Began re-reading my The Universe Has Your Back book today; as usual, did my chores, too.
October 18th, 2016: My People Style Watch Magazine came in the mail and so did my Ipsy bag for October, too. Also, filmed my Birchbox and Ipsy unboxing for my YT channel today. Continued to watch some more Gilmore Girls on Netflix, too.
October 19th, 2016: Had an enjoyable therapy session today and even got Panera for dinner! Yay!
October 20th, 2016: My new program outing wasn't too bad today (got an iced coffee! Yum!); made another batch of banana chocolate chip walnut muffins.
October 21st, 2016: Went on a fun outing to the National Harbor (went on the big wheel there, ate lunch at a fancy place, and got a new journal and mug at the Life is Good store). Also played Phase 10 with family, too.
October 22nd, 2016: Did have a nice walk on the boardwalk near my house (also got coffee before hand and even ice cream, too!).
October 23rd, 2016: Made a fun dip for the football game (didn't taste terrible which is always good); treated myself to a movie night of watching one of my faves- Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
October 24th, 2016: Had a nice (not terrible) dentist appointment (even got a new toothpaste and toothbrush to use as well). My sister treated me to Starbucks after my appointment- got my usual tall almond milk chai. Filmed a YT video for my channel and made a thumbnail, too.
October 25th, 2016: Had an important meeting to attend to and even got Starbucks prior (my usual almond milk iced coffee).
October 26th, 2016: Typed up my YT schedule for next year (got lots of exciting videos planned out for you guys!). Also continued to re-read The Universe Has Your Back.
October 27th, 2016: Made chef salads for dinner tonight (Starbucks! Again! usual almond milk chai and a piece of banana walnut bread).
October 28th, 2016: Made some no bake chocolate PB coated no bake cookie dough bites; continued The Universe Has Your Back.
October 29th, 2016: Filmed a new video (almost all day) for my YT channel, edited that, and also managed to cook dinner and get all of my daily needs done. Productive? I think so.
October 30th, 2016: Went on a nice walk with my dog today and even got the Fall leaves pictures I've been dying to get as well. Treated myself to a nice time in the hot tub, painted my nails, did a face mask, and even meditated, too.
October 31st, 2016: Had an enjoyable time getting my costume all ready to go today and also helping out my parents with candy to the trick or treaters (plus my mom made the most delicous Goulash for dinner- YUM FTW!)

September 2016 Monthly Nutshell
Here's my annual monthly nutshell post for you all! Enjoy reading!
September 1st, 2016: Went on my new program outing to the mall (got some fun goodies at Bath and Body Works); did some yoga; continued to watch "Across the Universe" on Netflix.
September 2nd, 2016: Did my checkbook; made a fun dessert for my sister and my dad; did some bedtime yoga.
September 3rd, 2016: Went and did a fun outing today (Target, saw "Jason Bourne" at the movie theaters, and went to Wegmans for groceries); got our new fridge.
September 4th, 2016: Got Starbucks (was feeling Fall season like today and got a tall soy hot chai tea latte) and went to Walmart and Giant as well. Finally got my beachy bathroom altogether too!
September 5th, 2016: Planned out birthday and christmas gifts list today; ran some more errands; also planned out some new story stuff tonight.
September 6th, 2016: Read some of my new book- Miss Pergerine's Home for Peculiar Children; watched an episode or two of Family Guy on Netflix with my cup of tea.
September 7th, 2016: Did a quick lunch run with my sister; had a nice but enjoyable therapy session today; cooked spaghetti squash with sauce and turkey meatballs, cheesy garlic bread (made a vegan version for me), and salad.
September 8th, 2016: Went on my new program outing again today (went swimming as my main activity at the local aquatic center near where I live); made tacos tonight for dinner; listened to some of Good Charlotte's new album Youth Authority on Spotify; got an episode of Stranger Things in on Netflix.
September 9th, 2016: Cleaned out my closet (it was in dire need of a good cleanse); got a nice take-out meal for dinner.
September 10th, 2016: Did some errands with my mom; filmed a new YouTube video for my channel; watched our Redbox rental Now You See Me 2; got another episode in of Stranger Things on Netflix.
September 11th, 2016: Went for a much needed walk as this day got a bit rough for me; made my sister a nice reward for getting her schoolwork done- homemade passion tea lemonade! Did a bedtime yoga video and some foam rolling, too.
September 12th, 2016: My September 2016 Birchbox came in the mail today; got an episode of Stranger Things in on Netflix.
September 13th, 2016: Went for an unexpected outing for my new program today; did a bedtime yoga video and also meditated tonight, too.
September 14th, 2016: My September 2016 Ipsy Bag came in the mail today and even filmed the video for that unboxing (Birchbox and Ipsy) as well. Made some banana "nice cream" with peanut butter; watched Scooby Doo on Netflix with my sister. Enjoyed the season premiere of American Horror Story: Roanoke tonight, too.
September 15th, 2016: Went for my new program outing today (GYM TIME! <3); painted my nails in Fall season inspired shades; did a new bedtime yoga video and even meditated, too.
September 16th, 2016: Made some homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight and even whole wheat biscuits as well. Got an episode of Stranger Things in on Netflix.
September 17th, 2016: Began and finished my long list of chores; my Play by Sephora September 2016 box came in the mail.
September 18th, 2016: Prepped and cooked a creamy chicken and rice for my family for dinner tonight; also, enjoyed the Emmy's tonight on TV.
September 19th, 2016: Went and got Starbucks (per usual) and they now serve Almondmilk. Yay! Got my hot chai tea latte with almondmilk today. Did a yoga video and also meditated tonight, too.
September 20th, 2016: Got my new Shampoo & Conditioner I ordered from Birchbox today. Made my mom some seemingly healthy energy balls; took some time to journal in my notebook; helped out my mom some; read some more of Miss Pergerine's; had my tea as I watched The Perks of Being a Wallflower (for the millionth time!) and also meditated, too.
September 21st, 2016: Went and had a nice but needed therapy session today (even did a watercolor painting of a sunset overlooking the beach) and also got my shaken herbal berry sangria drink at Starbucks; our TV in our living room got rerranged and it looks good!
September 22nd, 2016: Happy First Day of Fall! Made a pumpkin spice coffee (yes, I know weird right?) with cinnamon, stevia, and almond milk; had a nice new program outing today; my sister's friend came over and I was ecstatic to see her (I don't see her very often- it was a blessing to see her today).
September 23rd, 2016: Revised my birthday and Christmas lists; cleaned out my magazines and got rid of some. too. Had one of those moments today and got help from my family (which was needed). Did a quick bedtime yoga video, too.
September 24th, 2016: Made a DIY pumpkin body scrub, and homemade peanut butter banana 'Nice cream'; did a bedtime yoga video.
September 25th, 2016: Made some snacks and delicious chili and cornbread muffins for the football game today. Also, made up new art pieces and read some more of Miss Pergerine's Home for Peculiar Children.
September 26th, 2016: Took my doggy Hyatt for a nice trail walk today; re-watched Live in Phoenix DVD by Fall Out Boy (some of it not all of it); also did a nighttime meditation practice, too.
September 27th, 2016: Uploaded a new YT video today and also made a thumbnail for it, too. Did some bedtime yoga and meditation.
September 28th, 2016: Made some semi-delicious banana oat muffins topped with cinnamon sugar. Drew myself a nice hot bath with lots of lavender in it (so relaxing! I almost fell asleep in it, too. LOL). Read some more of Miss Pergerine's...; nighttime meditation practice occurred again and also journaled in one of my new journals my dad got for me.
September 29th, 2016: Had a fun outing at my new program today (got some goodies at Lush), and even treated myself to a face mask, too.
September 30th, 2016: Went on a fun outing with my mom to Starbucks (tried a new tea today- Mint Majesty!), Yankee Candle (got the Crisp Fall Night candle), and Walmart (various items were bought here). Went to a Washington Nationals game with the family today. It was fun! (I'm not much of a sports person or really get the terms but I tried to understand what was going on).

August 2016 Month in a Nutshell
I have one of my monthly nutshells for you today! Hope you enjoy reading!
August 1st, 2016: Made guacamole today and my Pop Pop made his signature pasta sauce for dinner that night; my Grammy recieved a fun new chair for the outside.
August 2nd, 2016: Got pedicures, went to the grocery store and Walgreens and got things from both of those places; went to the adults-only pool near my grandparents and enjoyed myself; got my new #alwayskeepfighting campaign shirt from my sister today.
August 3rd, 2016: Went out for some fun errands today; took a nice walk with my mom; enjoyed "CMA Fest" on TV tonight.
August 4th, 2016: Took a nice walk (again) today with my mom; went sightseeing and ate dinner in Berlin, MD (cool little place); ended my day with a yoga video.
August 5th, 2016: Errands!; treated myself to an afternoon meditation practice and yoga stretch video; enjoyed the opening ceremonies of the olympic games in Rio.
August 6th, 2016: More errands!; walked my dog around the yard to view the most astonishing sunset God had ever created; also ended this day with a yoga video and meditation and a face mask, too.
August 7th, 2016: Went and enjoyed the drive home with my sister (stopped halfway to get the freshly made cookie dough ice cream); my August 2016 birchbox came in the mail when I got back today; ended this day as always with some meditation.
August 8th, 2016: Went to go get my groceries I needed for this month and even went to Starbucks as well.
August 9th, 2016: Chores all day long- laundry: my clothes, my bedding, pillows, bathroom linens, and bathroom mat- all needed to be washed and dried (did get all of that) plus vacuumed the house too. Filmed a new YT video today; prepped a quick lunch for tomorrow too; yoga and meditation ended this day.
August 10th, 2016: My therapy session went well today; went to go see Suicide Squad and it was fun! Also got me a shirt from that movie too; treated myself to a face mask, pore strip, and foot lotion tonight (since this day was pretty busy); made a quick breakfast for tomorrow too; yoga and meditation ended this day.
August 11th, 2016: Had an important meeting to attend to; bought Mickey D's for lunch; my new iPod armband came in the mail from Amazon today; also decided to be an annoying sister and chase my sister around the house. Oh, how fun!
August 12th, 2016: Quick grocery store run! Me and my sister had a movie night (since the parents went out this evening) and we watched Zoolander 2 and Deadpool (both were funny by the way) and that night we also had made homemade pizzas.
August 13th, 2016: Celebrated my Hyatt's 5th doggy birthday! (made him his own 'cake' too); Also saw Michael Phelps get his gold medal in his last swimming race ever in the Rio olympic games! Yay!
August 14th, 2016: Chores almost all day long! Quick afternoon meditation practice; got rid of magazines.
August 15th, 2016: Began the day with a yoga video; my August 2016 ipsy bag came in the mail and so did my People Style Watch September 2016 issue; got Starbucks and headed to the library and I got a new book- The infinite moment of us; ended my day with meditation.
August 16th, 2016: Began my day with meditation; had an semi-important meeting this afternoon; got a new bookcase and decorated it.
August 17th, 2016: My therapy sesh went a bit well today and even made a unique tea combo to have at my sesh- chamomile tea and peppermint tea sweetened with stevia- needed it since this day I felt very panicky, and shaky. Treated myself to a hot bath with lavender, a face mask, and pore strip, too; prepped a quick lunch since I begin my new program tomorrow; ended my day with yoga and meditation.
August 18th, 2016: Began my new program today (went to the gym, ate lunch at the library, and went and took in the ocean air at the boardwalk). Had a delicious dinner my mom made; ended my day with yoga.
August 19th, 2016: My play by sephora box for August came in the mail today; ended my day with yoga and meditation.
August 20th, 2016: Lot of chores kinda day! (did get them all done too); planned out next month's grocery, general and online list and even got it printed off and finished too; got an episode of "Supernatural" in on Netflix; ended my day with meditation.
August 21st, 2016: Watched my favorite movie for the millionth time- Rocky Horror Picture Show; my momma got me a nice, new lunchbox for my new program; even saw two deer outside (as we had a storm this day); ended this day with meditation.
August 22nd, 2016: Had Panera for lunch today; tried some new Kashi bars my mom got at her work meeting and even made peanut butter banana muffins and guacamole too; filmed a new YT video today; finally finished a book I had been dying to get finished; ended my day with loving kindness meditation on my Calm app.
August 23rd, 2016: Began one of my new library reads today and even managed to sit down later (again) and finish the whole book! Yay! Mom got her hair cut off and we got ice cream at Mickey D's (YUM!); also went into Yankee Candle and smelt some good candles and not so good candles; also got a couple more books when I was at the library too; ended my day with meditation.
August 24th, 2016: Errands!; went to a doctor's appointment; when my dad played the Pandora rock station on his Amazon Echo "Carry on my Wayward son" began playing (#SPN fan here... ;) ); read some of my new library book and ended my day with a loving kindness meditation.
August 25th, 2016: Had my new program outing today (ate lunch outside Panera; went bowling; walked on the boardwalk); also had a dentist appointment too; also typed some more of a story I needed to type up; made a delicious salmon dinner tonight; ended my day with a loving kindness meditation.
August 26th, 2016: Weirdly planned out all of my fall TV premieres for September and October 2016; took time aside and read some of my "Great Gatsby" library book; had a nice evening walk with Hyatt; ended my day with meditation.
August 27th, 2016: Chores; finished up my "Great Gatsby" library book and even watched the 2013 movie version of the book (enjoyed it by the way); ended my day with a loving kindness meditation on my calm app.
August 28th, 2016: Got some small chores done; made some cookies and appetizers as my family was coming home from my Grandparents house on this day; had takeout for dinner; ended this day with a loving kindness meditation on my calm app.
August 29th, 2016: Watched the 2016 VMAs (we recorded it and it was an okay show this year); got Starbucks from my momma and my sister and I cooked dinner and my sister also made an almond pound cake; also my seasonal allergies decided to show up and surprise me today (blech!); even did a loving kindness meditation practice on my calm app.
August 30th, 2016: Made homemade sweet potato fries to accompany dinner; also read a story and relaxed before going to sleep.
August 31st, 2016: My therapy sesh went well today; began my day with a morning meditation practice; did a yoga video and even watched one of my favorite movies on Netflix- Across the Universe and even treated myself to a face mask and some tea.

August 1st, 2016: Made guacamole today and my Pop Pop made his signature pasta sauce for dinner that night; my Grammy recieved a fun new chair for the outside.
August 2nd, 2016: Got pedicures, went to the grocery store and Walgreens and got things from both of those places; went to the adults-only pool near my grandparents and enjoyed myself; got my new #alwayskeepfighting campaign shirt from my sister today.
August 3rd, 2016: Went out for some fun errands today; took a nice walk with my mom; enjoyed "CMA Fest" on TV tonight.
August 4th, 2016: Took a nice walk (again) today with my mom; went sightseeing and ate dinner in Berlin, MD (cool little place); ended my day with a yoga video.
August 5th, 2016: Errands!; treated myself to an afternoon meditation practice and yoga stretch video; enjoyed the opening ceremonies of the olympic games in Rio.
August 6th, 2016: More errands!; walked my dog around the yard to view the most astonishing sunset God had ever created; also ended this day with a yoga video and meditation and a face mask, too.
August 7th, 2016: Went and enjoyed the drive home with my sister (stopped halfway to get the freshly made cookie dough ice cream); my August 2016 birchbox came in the mail when I got back today; ended this day as always with some meditation.
August 8th, 2016: Went to go get my groceries I needed for this month and even went to Starbucks as well.
August 9th, 2016: Chores all day long- laundry: my clothes, my bedding, pillows, bathroom linens, and bathroom mat- all needed to be washed and dried (did get all of that) plus vacuumed the house too. Filmed a new YT video today; prepped a quick lunch for tomorrow too; yoga and meditation ended this day.
August 10th, 2016: My therapy session went well today; went to go see Suicide Squad and it was fun! Also got me a shirt from that movie too; treated myself to a face mask, pore strip, and foot lotion tonight (since this day was pretty busy); made a quick breakfast for tomorrow too; yoga and meditation ended this day.
August 11th, 2016: Had an important meeting to attend to; bought Mickey D's for lunch; my new iPod armband came in the mail from Amazon today; also decided to be an annoying sister and chase my sister around the house. Oh, how fun!
August 12th, 2016: Quick grocery store run! Me and my sister had a movie night (since the parents went out this evening) and we watched Zoolander 2 and Deadpool (both were funny by the way) and that night we also had made homemade pizzas.
August 13th, 2016: Celebrated my Hyatt's 5th doggy birthday! (made him his own 'cake' too); Also saw Michael Phelps get his gold medal in his last swimming race ever in the Rio olympic games! Yay!
August 14th, 2016: Chores almost all day long! Quick afternoon meditation practice; got rid of magazines.
August 15th, 2016: Began the day with a yoga video; my August 2016 ipsy bag came in the mail and so did my People Style Watch September 2016 issue; got Starbucks and headed to the library and I got a new book- The infinite moment of us; ended my day with meditation.
August 16th, 2016: Began my day with meditation; had an semi-important meeting this afternoon; got a new bookcase and decorated it.
August 17th, 2016: My therapy sesh went a bit well today and even made a unique tea combo to have at my sesh- chamomile tea and peppermint tea sweetened with stevia- needed it since this day I felt very panicky, and shaky. Treated myself to a hot bath with lavender, a face mask, and pore strip, too; prepped a quick lunch since I begin my new program tomorrow; ended my day with yoga and meditation.
August 18th, 2016: Began my new program today (went to the gym, ate lunch at the library, and went and took in the ocean air at the boardwalk). Had a delicious dinner my mom made; ended my day with yoga.
August 19th, 2016: My play by sephora box for August came in the mail today; ended my day with yoga and meditation.
August 20th, 2016: Lot of chores kinda day! (did get them all done too); planned out next month's grocery, general and online list and even got it printed off and finished too; got an episode of "Supernatural" in on Netflix; ended my day with meditation.
August 21st, 2016: Watched my favorite movie for the millionth time- Rocky Horror Picture Show; my momma got me a nice, new lunchbox for my new program; even saw two deer outside (as we had a storm this day); ended this day with meditation.

Lauren's Personal Post | August 2016
Hello, guys! I haven't done a personal post in such a while so unfortunately I'm doing one today.
As I'm writing this, I'm surrounded by people I don't know that in the house I'm vacationing at this week. My family is here too but I just can't take this day like I should be able to. Everything has been aggravating me to my breaking point today. Just everything. From having to deal with money problems for a Comic-Con like thing in September with my best friend, my ex, etc.
Then, I just start losing it after everything that has been bothering me. You know the whole deal with that here.
And also, I feel like I've been overshadowed by my sister ever since she has gone to college (and now going back in the fall for her last two years at UMUC). I feel like they gravitate the attention towards her and I get that invisible feeling inside of me that I don't personally like. I just want to be the person that gets all the credit she deserves in life, not having my younger sister taking it all away from me. Then, when she hangs around with the way younger kids on my block where I live she gets all the attention. It gets so frustrating sometimes! Why her?! Why not me?! I hate having to hide myself all the time. Notice that I'm here too, you know?! Like I remember one thing, I was getting ready to head out to the movies with my best friend; one of the kids my sister likes just freaking leaves me by myself and I told her I didn't want to be alone and just freaking leaves me. WTF??? I guess those parents of the kids my sister likes don't understand how nice of a person I can be.
Me and my thoughts conversing here:
It's just them, Lauren; they do like you in some way shape or form.
NO! They don't like me, they like my sister because she done something with her life whereas I'm still figuring out mine.

NO! Just stop talking please I'm tired of hearing these thoughts from you, I'm tired of it. I just want to be well liked by those kids and I guess they don't like me back. Well, I don't like one of those kids but yeah that's another story for another day.

She reminds me of a childhood friend that had the same bossy attitude and I can't stand the sight of the girl whenever I see her in my neighborhood.

Yeah, unfortunately.

The others, some of them are okay and cool; the rest of them are okay.
Have you always had a problem with kids?
Ever since I was diagnosed at the age of 3 with my autism, I've never seen a bond with kids when I'm around them.
Really?
Yes, really. But I've just not been the person that sees myself with a baby in my arms in the future.
Why?
I feel like I've not been the mom type. Especially if I'm around my younger cousins.
You don't want kids is what your trying to say?
Yes. That's what I'm saying. I'd rather be happy with a pet than another pint-sized human.
You love animals more than humans?
I love them both equally but a pet is fine for me instead.

Yes.
What do you like about yourself as a human of the world?
I like the fact that I can take time for myself whenever I need it. To breathe is to live. To not breathe is to die.

July 2016 In A Nutshell
Here's my monthly nutshell for this month of July! Enjoy reading!
July 1st, 2016: Went out shopping and out to lunch with family; my dog got a Nemo-style life vest for when he goes on my grandparents' boat.
July 2nd, 2016: Went and did some errands with my family and I even got some things for myself, too. Also got some yoga and meditation in on this day, too.
July 3rd, 2016: Got a delicious soy chai tea latte from Starbucks (I havent had one in forever! It was good!); treated myself to a hot bath on this day (since this day I had a lot go on in my mind I'd rather not discuss on here); even my sister was nice enough to fold up and do my laundry for me.
July 4th, 2016: Made some delicious guacamole today; my sister made cake balls in the color of the american flag; had a nice enjoyable 4th of July of celebration with some neighbors and of course my family.
July 5th, 2016: Today was the day we left from my grandmother's house and went ahead home; also got ice cream on our way home too; even started season 2 of "Supernatural" today on Netflix; did my evening yoga and meditation on this day.
July 6th, 2016: Went and got my groceries today and even stayed on budget too ($70 is my max grocery shopping) and also went to Starbucks and walmart as well; took time aside and did a yoga video in my room; made dinner; even took time to do some meditation before bed as well; also recieved my mom's old fitbit charge HR model too.
July 7th, 2016: Had an important meeting to attend to today and even made a smoothie for that as well; watched "Supernatural" on netflix (like one episode by the way).
July 8th, 2016: Got some delicious Panera for lunch; even took a walk around the block (since this day got the best of me).
July 9th, 2016: One of my Amazon orders came in the mail (a new book- "Tonight the Streets are Ours" and I began reading that today); went and also saw "The Secret Life of Pets" in 3-D with my family.
July 10th, 2016: Began a new thing with my daily reads- a gratitude journal! It is awesome! Organized underneath my sink as well; also one of my favorite FOB members (Pete Wentz that is) was on "Match Game" on ABC tonight, too.
July 11th, 2016: Went out to do some errands with family and even got Starbucks (Youthberry Granita FTW!) and made my doggy some dog friendly "Pupcakes" with a Peanut Butter Cream Cheese (Stevia Sweetened) frosting. Also, got my hair colored too with a hair dye kit I got today.
July 12th, 2016: Went on a nice walk with my momma; did another grocery store run; headed out to the water park with family; took the trash bin out to the curb.
July 13th, 2016: Both my Birchbox and Ipsy subscriptions came in the mail today! Had a nice, but awkward therapy sesh; went to get things for my doggy at Petsmart; went for a nice evening walk with my sister and mom; also, did a yoga video tonight too.
July 14th, 2016: Got a new iPod case in the mail today; listened to Switchfoot's new album Where the Light Shines Through on Spotify as I did my adult coloring book; also painted my nails, and even treated myself to a face mask, pore strip and a foot massage (yes I do that- I feel it's good to treat yourself once in a while).
July 15th, 2016: Did loads of laundry and even did a face mask tonight! Watched a hilarious movie on Netflix called The Fundamentals of Caring with one of my favorite actors: Paul Rudd. Yoga video happened tonight as well!
July 16th, 2016: Made my family some desserts and appetizers for their arrival home from their small getaway. Tried out my new L'Oreal Color Vibrancy Spray on my hair today too.
July 17th, 2016: Hyatt walk time! It was lovely; finished my Mindfulness book today too; made shish kebabs for dinner!
July 18th, 2016: My new Play by Sephora box came in the mail today and I recieved wonderful goodies in that box. Did some quick errands out with my mom and made my dad some clam dip- mix softened cream cheese, canned clams + juice, white pepper, and worcestershire sauce. It's not my favorite thing to make but my dad really likes it.
July 19th, 2016: My mom and sister surprised me with Starbucks (yay!) and lavender scented epsom salts from Walmart (I got the new shaken berry sangria herbal tea from Starbucks in case you were wondering). Took a nice hot bath (since I had the house to myself tonight whereas the rest of my family went to a ball game) with the epsom salts I mentioned earlier, lavender + eucalyptus essential oils, and dr. teals lavender bubble bath.
July 20th, 2016: My mom got three to four teeth pulled today so I co-helped in attending anything she needed; took Hyatt for a walk; enjoyed "America's Got Talent" on NBC since Louis Tomlinson guest judged that night. <3
July 21st, 2016: Watched a couple episodes of Supernatural on Netflix today; also got a video filmed for my YouTube channel as well; got a new book from Amazon in the mail- Milk & Honey.
July 22nd, 2016: Went out and did some errands (even tried the new iced coconut milk mocha macchiato at Starbucks- I normally don't care for the taste of coffee but it wasn't too bad of a drink- don't worry tea is my first love and always will be).
July 23rd, 2016: Went and grabbed some lunch and some redbox movies to take back with us to my house; my sister and I watched those redbox movies- Krampus (eh...), and The 5th Wave (better).
July 24th, 2016: My mom made a delicious breakfast this morning; made banana nut muffins; went for a nice walk on the trail near my house with my family; re-read some more of a book I got from Amazon (Tonight the Streets are Ours).
July 25th, 2016: Watched Zootopia with family (it was a cute kids' movie and as an adult, I even enjoyed it); my sister and did each other's makeup.
July 26th, 2016: Cleaned my mom and I's makeup brushes and I also got rid of makeup I wasn't even using too; made guacamole; went out and did errands with my family.
July 27th, 2016: Had a nice but enjoyable therapy sesh today; went and saw the new Ghostbusters (IT WAS HILARIOUSSSSSS!!!! Just sayin') and browsed around the mall and even Target too; also went to Nando's for dinner.
July 28th, 2016: Left to go down and visit my grandparents today (packed up all of my things way prior to this).
July 29th, 2016: Went on my grandparents' fully licensed pontoon boat for a nice ride; did a quick store run with my parents; got ice cream at Mickey D's; Tacos for dinner! YUM! Yoga video tonight I did, too.
July 30th, 2016: Went with my parents to the OC Brewery in OC MD and enjoyed that; got a McFlurry at Mickey D's today and my sister caught all three of her poke-stops in her Pokemon go! app.
July 31st, 2016: Had a delicious breakfast from McDonalds; went and did a random walmart store run; also went out to a cool dive bar/restaurant called Nantucket's and tried new things (and a new cocktail too!) and also went to the Yacht Club that's near my grandparent's house.

Lessons I've Learned In Life | July 2016
There are lessons that I've learned over the course of my life and I thought I would share them with you today.
Life Lesson #1- I'm Not the Same Person I Was, I Am a Better Version of that person than I was before.
I was always one of those people that never felt up to par, and I always tried to do things that never made me feel better about myself. I tried to get into gaming when I was dating my now-ex and it failed because it was something I didn't enjoy. I enjoyed yoga/meditation, the Lord, and my family and still do. That makes me happier and makes me feel like a different person. I am myself but just better.
Life Lesson #2- I Never Took Proper Care of my Inner and Outer Self, but I choose to do things for myself that make feel like the best.
So the things I do to take proper care of myself (besides eating well), I take daily time to do yoga (I've been enjoying the yoga with adriene videos on YouTube), and to do meditation (I use the Calm app and I usually do between 5-10 minutes; the sound I love is the waves crashing on the beach- makes me feel at peace); reading books is something I still enjoy but never did before. Also, I love to do face masks and drink tea (I'm not much of a coffee drinker- tea makes me feel a lot happier).
But for the mental aspect of it, you have to realize the big picture which is if you take care of yourself properly and if you love yourself, taking care of yourself will be easier than you think it is.
Life Lesson #3- No Matter What Your Thinking, You'll Get Through the Day On a Right Note.
I would always dread waking up every day for school and my old volunteer program, because it was something I didn't look forward to. But if I didn't get up, I'd be sleeping all day (which would be nice). The point is as long as you get up and get out the door and you have your day set right, it'll be fine. One day, you'll look back and realize it was worth getting up and getting out and enjoying life.
Life Lesson #4- As long as the waves move in a direction towards you, you'll never have to look back.
I love this verse from Psalm 93:4 because it stands true to it's ground; God's almighty love is like the sea- it moves in a way that directs his love towards you. But the lesson here is that when the waves would be coming towards me (whenever I was at the beach in life), it came to me and made me feel happy. But it went back in the ocean and then it came again but it didn't give me that sense of happiness like the first wave crash would. But as long as the wave crashes towards you and doesn't leave you, you'll never have anything to worry about. We are taught to move forward and not to go back to the past. So, whenever you go to the beach, think of that wave and let it go upon your feet and savor that moment and don't think twice about it.
Life Lesson #5- Train your mind to think like a positive person would; otherwise you'll act like the rest of the world.
I absolutely adore this verse from Romans 12:2 (Romans 12:1 is great too) and it teaches me that if you train your mind to love God and not what everyone else likes in the world. I would always try in life to fit in with everyone but that necessarily wouldn't work; my mind would tell me- "Do not blend with everyone else". So, I stuck with that lesson in life- I was the person that never blended in or tried too hard to please anything or anyone. I did try too hard when I wanted the same key chain as this popular girl had; she eventually tossed it away but I kept mine. But the lesson here is that your mind is like an boxing match- you can prepare myself for the fight you'll win for or you won't and you'll just lose (that's a good analogy I think). Train your mind to have positive thoughts; when I was at my old program, I was always nasty and negative and lashed out at anything or anyone. I never thought about what I was saying first before I put it into my mouth. I eventually lost the battle on this one in my mind. But when I went to therapy, my therapist taught me a trick- when your mind is negative, use the phrase- "Stop That Thought" and it'll train your mind to physically stop the negative sayings. It worked with me (which is good). Think positive here, peeps; don't be like the rest of those people in the world. Different is a great thing.
Life Lesson #6- I fear change but I never gave up on what I had to gain of that change.
In life, I have had to go through change (i.e.- moving, friends, new schools) and I freaking hated it! But what I gained was a new perspective on the things I needed in life: my family, and friends. When I was dating my now-ex and I asked myself, "Is this the change I needed in life is without him?" My mind was like, "Yes. You're not happy; you need to be back to the way you were before he existed in your life." So, I went with that and broke up with him; It hurt us both but I gained a chance for change. I changed my inner and outer being to doing things I loved- like hanging out with friends that made me happy, yoga/meditation, etc. I gained a whole new lease on life when I dumped my ex. I felt that change made me a new person. It's like a gained a life again. And I freaking loved it!
Life Lesson #7- If your scared to do something, DO IT! It'll be better for you.
Having do something scary is never good anyways, but if it you get off of you. It's going to be fine. I've always had to go with choice that genuinely scared me in life, like roller coasters. There was this one roller coaster I enjoyed at Busch Gardens (it's no longer there now), and I was terrified to go on it cause of the heights and loops. But as soon as I got on, I was having fun. It was an awesome ride! But life choices, on the other hand, I had to decide where to go to for my new volunteer program two summers ago (2014) and I eventually went with one that seemed like fun. It was a scary decision but it made it easier. After being there for not even a year, drama started, everyone was so negative and down on everything and I was like, "Lemme out of here!" I did get out but I had to go through that scary process again of finding a new place and I was so scared but the decision of going there was like the icing on the cake. It was just right.

June 2016 In a Nutshell
Here's my monthly nutshell for you today! Enjoy!
June 1st, 2016: Got a new video filmed for my YouTube channel today (Lauren Talks for June 2016); did usual chores; played my record player as I put away laundry.
June 2nd, 2016: Went and did errands with my mom today (groceries, and Starbucks); got a new dishwasher today.
June 3rd, 2016: Listened to a new podcast this morning as I made a veggie omelette with a side of grapefruit for breakfast. Did my "no makeup" makeup look today (since I had a therapy sesh today); went out to dinner with my mom to Ledo's; also, exciting news- my bestie from high school got engaged today! It was awesome! Can't wait to be a bridesmaid! :D; also got my new Sephora order in the mail and got new stuff from CVS and the grocery store.
June 4th, 2016: Did a morning yoga video; had a some form of a "me day" of where I watched my favorite music artists' concert DVDs; made no bake vegan peanut butter chocolate cookie balls.
June 5th, 2016: I did my usual morning yoga video today; my dad's father's day gift from amazon came; OD'd on "Supernatural" funny videos on YouTube (they were funny as always); watched most of the movie "Joy".
June 6th, 2016: Watched 3 "Supernatural" episodes on Netflix as I highlighted bible verses in my holy bible; took a nice stroll around my neighborhood as I listened to music; filmed a random haul video for my YouTube channel (my other orders from Amazon and Hum Nutrition came just in time for that video).
June 7th, 2016: Got yoga in again this morning! Ate my breakfast today (which I normally don't do on a regular basis); watched "Pixels; got two "Supernatural" episodes in today on Netflix; tried the new Breyer's salted caramel indulgences gelato (so YUM!); listened to my new podcast as I read "Life Changing Magic of Tidying up" and tidied my room after that (weirdly).
June 8th, 2016: Yoga video again FTW! (this morning obviously); did a quick store run with my mom; made smoothies for everyone (including me! blended berries, spinach, carrots, yogurt, and orange juice for my mom; my sister had mixed frozen fruit, yogurt and orange juice; I had coconut almond milk blended with banana, spinach, avocado and 1 packet of the HUM Nutrition raw superfood mint chocolate chip infused beauty powder); enjoyed watching the CMT awards with my family; did bedtime yoga tonight (LOVED IT!).
June 9th, 2016: Yoga video this morning (again); Netflix watched "Cupcake Wars" with my sister; cleaned out my closet; my brain felt like it was going to explode today (I dealt with a lot today- my own EX re-added me on Facebook; my laptop wasn't working; my old CDs wouldn't work cause they kept skipping) so I went for a walk (while listening to music) after I took the recycling bin outside; also got 15 minutes of Meditation in on my Calm app (after this day I needed it).
June 10th, 2016: Daily read this morning (like normal); ate breakfast outside as I listened to my favorite Sirius XM Station, Alt Nation; made a new playlist up in my ipod- my favorite songs of all time!; filmed a new YouTube video for my channel; my June 2016 Birchbox came in the mail too; bedtime yoga also happened tonight too.
June 11th, 2016: Went to see "Alice Through the Looking Glass" with my dad (confusing on some parts but good) and got some goodies at Hot Topic, and Target. Got the most delicious green smoothie at food court place I like at my mall- pineapple juice, kale, mango, banana, and pineapple. Did a nice relaxing yoga video before bed tonight too.
June 12th, 2016: Cleaned up my bathroom; daily read and planned out the stuff for the week; deleted spotify playlists I wasn't listening to; finished "Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" and began "Living Well Spending Less"; also got a couple of "Supernatural" episodes in.
June 13th, 2016: Daily read this morning then also got a yoga stretch video in with no distractions; went and did errands (like normal) with family.
June 14th, 2016: Hyatt walk time! Weirdly got a nap in (I never take naps by the way); read some more of "Living Well Spending Less" book; watched the sunset; did a face mask and watched one of my favorite YouTuber's videos.
June 15th, 2016: Did yoga and meditation this morning; had a therapy sesh that went well today; tried the new Starbucks Granita- Youthberry! YUM!
June 16th, 2016: Had a delicious salmon salad for dinner; read more of my "Living Well..." book.
June 17th, 2016: Went and headed to my Grammy's house this weekend (weirdly I meditated on the way down there too).
June 18th, 2016: Went and watched the air show on a pontoon boat with my family and a neighbor. Went over to my aunt and uncle's house for dinner (got too overwhelmed- social anxiety sucks!) and came back home and took a hot bath and chilled out. Watched "London Has Fallen" with family.
June 19th, 2016: Sat on my Grammy's dock with tea and water in hand and listened to music as the sun was beautifully out today (highlight of my day); went home with my dad (whereas my mom and sister stayed back at Grammy's); unloaded all of my things as soon as I got home and had a delicious burger dinner; also, my dad LOVED his Dilbert day by day calendar for 2017 (father's day gift) and a relative of mine passed away today. :-(
June 20th, 2016: Made some cream cheese stuffed chocolate chip banana bread coffee cake (not a bad recipe for the most part) and even made BBQ sauce for the ribs we had for dinner. Painted my nails; made peppermint tea with coconut almond milk, 'creamed' raw honey, cinnamon (the recipe is from a TSC blog post).
June 21st, 2016: Went out to lunch at Panera today with my mom, her co-worker, and my sister (I got the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad with black bean soup, bread, apple, and an acai berry green iced tea with stevia/sugar in the raw as my drink). Watched some "Supernatural" episodes on Netflix.
June 22nd, 2016: Made banana crumbled topped muffins- YUMMY! Went out to dinner with family; saw a pretty rainbow too. Got my bedtime yoga video in too.
June 23rd, 2016: Got some new dress pants at walmart and went to Starbucks (messed my order up but I added the lemonade they forgot at home); ate a wonderful lasagna dinner with my family and my late relative's family. Got a new YT video filmed today as well.
June 24th, 2016: Today was the funeral for my relative and the burial too; went to Mamma Lucia's (a local Italian restaurant where I live) for linner (lunch-dinner). It was nice! Got some redbox movies on our way home- "Daddy's Home" and "10 Cloverfield Lane"- we watched the "10 Cloverfield Lane"- no it was a bad movie. Not my favorite.
June 25th, 2016: Helped out at my late relative's house; made a green smoothie as a snack.
June 26th, 2016: Helped out some more at my late relative's house; cooked myself spaghetti with turkey meat sauce for dinner; got chores done (like normal).
June 27th, 2016: Chores (all done before my family got home); made some flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies; painted my nails a fab bright color and even did a face mask and a pore strip.
June 28th, 2016: Caught up and finally finished season 1 of "Supernatural" on Netflix; took my doggy Hyatt for a nice walk; read some of my "Mindfulness" book too; got a new YT video uploaded as well.
June 29th, 2016: Went and had an enjoyable therapy session today; drove down to see my grandparents today and also (while I was at my session), my mom and sister got our old navy fourth of july shirts and chips and salsa from Chevy's- YUM!
June 30th, 2016: Went grocery shopping with family (fun!- got some new sleepytime tea, Alba Botanica face wash, So Delicious DF GF Cookie Dough Coconut Milk Ice Cream, almonds, Suja Green Delight Juice, Yoga Journal Mag + a special edition of the mag) plus a peach green tea from Starbucks; went out to dinner and enjoyed myself with family (I got a island coconut mojito to drink, chips and guac to start, and a sweet potato encrusted mahi mahi over greens, heirloom tomatoes, strawberries, and mango in a garlic key lime dressing).

May 2016 In a Nutshell
Here's another one of my monthly nutshell post for you today! Enjoy reading!
May 1st, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk! Got some yoga videos in as well.
May 2nd, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk (again); made an acai bowl for breakfast today; did some "Just Dance" and currently re-read "Binge" by Tyler Oakley.
May 3rd, 2016: Went to do some errands with my mom and visited my step-grandma, too; Continued "Binge".
May 4th, 2016: Trail walk with Hyatt (again); went with my mom to some more errands; cooked dinner; my daily reading had two verses from Proverbs 3:5-6 that really stuck with me that day.
May 5th, 2016: Did some stretches on this morning with candles and relaxing Spotify music, too. Filmed a YouTube video for my channel; did a face mask and even painted my nails as a treat today.
May 6th, 2016: Had my therapy appointment today which went well; did some errands after my appointment.
May 7th, 2016: Went out and did some shopping with my parents; finished "Binge" and got a package from Pinch Me which was V8 products. Had a delicious lunch while I was out- salad: spinach, hard boiled eggs, chicken, avocado, hummus, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers in balsamic dressing.
May 8th, 2016: Happy Mother's Day! Made my mom breakfast this morning and did some "fun" errands with family. Also, made some peanut butter pretzel chocolate bars.
May 9th, 2016: Got a video filmed and uploaded on my YouTube channel; treated my mom to a pedicure; made banana "nice cream".
May 10th, 2016: Filmed a video for my YouTube channel (almost took all day filming by the way); got some exercise in.
May 11th, 2016: Got my May birchbox in the mail today! did some more exercise on this day; made some chocolate coconut bars.
May 12th, 2016: Played some "Guitar Hero" live with my sister; made dessert for my parent's anniversary; had an unexpected run in with my best friend, too.
May 13th, 2016: Got some exercise in today; therapy appointment happened too; got Starbucks (like normal).
May 14th, 2016: Did some fun errands with family as well; had an awkward family moment happen; got some exercise in.
May 15th, 2016: Had delicious Belgian waffles this morning! Did quick errands with my dad; Hyatt's trail walk! Made some guacamole, too.
May 16th, 2016: Did a couple quick workouts today; got errands done with my mom; even did some yoga before bed, too.
May 17th, 2016: Did a nice, fun workout today! Made banana chocolate chip cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream; also made pitaya "nice cream"- frozen bananas, frozen pitaya, and honey.
May 18th, 2016: Worked out again today! Made chef salads for dinner; re-watched "Into the Wild" on Netflix.
May 19th, 2016: Got up earlier and managed to do my daily readings and did morning yoga (over tea with the daily readings today); made my sister breakfast- cinnamon roll pancakes with cream cheese frosting; worked out again today; got my new credit card in the mail; helped my sister make a cake- neapolitan anyone? Continued "Into the Wild" on Netflix over tea. Did (also weirdly) nighttime yoga.
May 20th, 2016: Daily read earlier this morning; worked out again today! Went out to dinner with family and even finished "Into the Wild" on Netflix.
May 21st, 2016: Got some netflix watching in as well; watched "The Breakfast Club" with my sister (it's her favorite movie and yet she fell asleep during it- LOL!).
May 22nd, 2016: Celebrated my Mom's birthday (made her cake and had a delicious salmon dinner) and even got in 15 minutes of meditation on my Calm app, too.
May 23rd, 2016: Did some form of active activties today; helped my sister with moving furniture in and out of our living room as she cleaned the carpet.
May 24th, 2016: Began reading my "Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" book; went and did awkward errands with family.
May 25th, 2016: Cleaned out my desk, and threw things out I didn't need from my room; made a new mix CD; continued to read my "Tidying up" book.
May 26th, 2016: Got Starbucks like normal with my mom today; did some quick exercising, too.
May 27th, 2016: Did some morning yoga; had a nice exercising to do today; played various board games with friends and family; also packed my bag for my grammy's house this weekend.
May 28th, 2016: Got my Pinch Me sampler box in the mail, too. Baked some vegan chocolate chip cookies.
May 29th, 2016: Left to go to my Grammy's house super early (I'm not a morning person by any means) and stayed the night there; while we were there we had a memorial day BBQ of sorts with most of grandparent's neighbors and some of my family and family friends, too. My anxiety on this day was through the roof. I like family. Just not that much. Too overwhelming for me. But the party was nice.
May 30th, 2016: Had a very relaxing daily reading session this morning over having my tea; left from Grammy's today and made it home safely and unpacked and unloaded everything.
May 31st, 2016: As usual, I made a peanut butter banana acai bowl for breakfast; did a not too bad exercising routine today; also, enjoyed an episode of "Supernatural" on Netflix.

May 2nd, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk (again); made an acai bowl for breakfast today; did some "Just Dance" and currently re-read "Binge" by Tyler Oakley.
May 3rd, 2016: Went to do some errands with my mom and visited my step-grandma, too; Continued "Binge".
May 4th, 2016: Trail walk with Hyatt (again); went with my mom to some more errands; cooked dinner; my daily reading had two verses from Proverbs 3:5-6 that really stuck with me that day.
May 5th, 2016: Did some stretches on this morning with candles and relaxing Spotify music, too. Filmed a YouTube video for my channel; did a face mask and even painted my nails as a treat today.
May 6th, 2016: Had my therapy appointment today which went well; did some errands after my appointment.
May 7th, 2016: Went out and did some shopping with my parents; finished "Binge" and got a package from Pinch Me which was V8 products. Had a delicious lunch while I was out- salad: spinach, hard boiled eggs, chicken, avocado, hummus, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers in balsamic dressing.
May 8th, 2016: Happy Mother's Day! Made my mom breakfast this morning and did some "fun" errands with family. Also, made some peanut butter pretzel chocolate bars.
May 9th, 2016: Got a video filmed and uploaded on my YouTube channel; treated my mom to a pedicure; made banana "nice cream".
May 10th, 2016: Filmed a video for my YouTube channel (almost took all day filming by the way); got some exercise in.
May 11th, 2016: Got my May birchbox in the mail today! did some more exercise on this day; made some chocolate coconut bars.
May 12th, 2016: Played some "Guitar Hero" live with my sister; made dessert for my parent's anniversary; had an unexpected run in with my best friend, too.
May 13th, 2016: Got some exercise in today; therapy appointment happened too; got Starbucks (like normal).
May 14th, 2016: Did some fun errands with family as well; had an awkward family moment happen; got some exercise in.
May 15th, 2016: Had delicious Belgian waffles this morning! Did quick errands with my dad; Hyatt's trail walk! Made some guacamole, too.
May 16th, 2016: Did a couple quick workouts today; got errands done with my mom; even did some yoga before bed, too.
May 17th, 2016: Did a nice, fun workout today! Made banana chocolate chip cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream; also made pitaya "nice cream"- frozen bananas, frozen pitaya, and honey.
May 18th, 2016: Worked out again today! Made chef salads for dinner; re-watched "Into the Wild" on Netflix.
May 19th, 2016: Got up earlier and managed to do my daily readings and did morning yoga (over tea with the daily readings today); made my sister breakfast- cinnamon roll pancakes with cream cheese frosting; worked out again today; got my new credit card in the mail; helped my sister make a cake- neapolitan anyone? Continued "Into the Wild" on Netflix over tea. Did (also weirdly) nighttime yoga.
May 20th, 2016: Daily read earlier this morning; worked out again today! Went out to dinner with family and even finished "Into the Wild" on Netflix.
May 21st, 2016: Got some netflix watching in as well; watched "The Breakfast Club" with my sister (it's her favorite movie and yet she fell asleep during it- LOL!).
May 22nd, 2016: Celebrated my Mom's birthday (made her cake and had a delicious salmon dinner) and even got in 15 minutes of meditation on my Calm app, too.
May 23rd, 2016: Did some form of active activties today; helped my sister with moving furniture in and out of our living room as she cleaned the carpet.
May 24th, 2016: Began reading my "Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" book; went and did awkward errands with family.
May 25th, 2016: Cleaned out my desk, and threw things out I didn't need from my room; made a new mix CD; continued to read my "Tidying up" book.
May 26th, 2016: Got Starbucks like normal with my mom today; did some quick exercising, too.
May 27th, 2016: Did some morning yoga; had a nice exercising to do today; played various board games with friends and family; also packed my bag for my grammy's house this weekend.
May 28th, 2016: Got my Pinch Me sampler box in the mail, too. Baked some vegan chocolate chip cookies.
May 29th, 2016: Left to go to my Grammy's house super early (I'm not a morning person by any means) and stayed the night there; while we were there we had a memorial day BBQ of sorts with most of grandparent's neighbors and some of my family and family friends, too. My anxiety on this day was through the roof. I like family. Just not that much. Too overwhelming for me. But the party was nice.
May 30th, 2016: Had a very relaxing daily reading session this morning over having my tea; left from Grammy's today and made it home safely and unpacked and unloaded everything.
May 31st, 2016: As usual, I made a peanut butter banana acai bowl for breakfast; did a not too bad exercising routine today; also, enjoyed an episode of "Supernatural" on Netflix.

My April 2016 In A Nutshell
Hey! Here's my monthly nutshell for you all to read! So I hope you enjoy!
April 1st, 2016: Did usual errands (groceries, walmart, etc.) and even got Starbucks, too! I even made dinner on this night as well.
April 2nd, 2016: Filmed a video for my YouTube channel; read my new book my sister got me "Fresh Start" and even watched James Bond 007 "Spectre" too.
April 3rd, 2016: Did usual chores and my mom watched a movie rental called "Creed" (she liked it by the way if you want a good movie rec). Enjoyed watching the ACM's with my mom too. Also talked to my sister on FB Messenger app on that day and made a new YouTube channel banner.
April 4th, 2016: Went to do a grocery run and I made conversation with the person that was bagging our groceries about One Direction! It was awesome (I had a 1D bag my sister got me for my birthday last year- that's how the whole conversation started). Also, made a variation of the Spicy Shrimp Toast from Daphne Oz's book Relish (which was yummy by the way!).
April 5th, 2016: Made my mom some delicious strawberry bread; did yoga before bed and discovered I'm a pretty flexible person (it's always good to discover something new about yourself you didn't know before).
April 6th, 2016: Took my lovely dog Hyatt out for a trail walk today; we do another grocery store run and got Starbucks too.
April 7th, 2016: Did another daily walk with Hyatt today; treated myself to a nice hot bath and Netflix (Supernatural, anyone?) Read my "Eat Pray Love" book too and began getting back to writing a new story series (I came up with the idea back on my birthday of last year).
April 8th, 2016: Daily trail walk with Hyatt! Also, proceeded to burn myself while getting my mom's waffle out of the waffle iron (it hurt really bad!).
April 9th, 2016: Another grocery store run! Made delicious Paleo Chocolate chunk cookies (for Paleo-lovers, you'll like them). My mom colored my hair another shade of red.
April 10th, 2016: Typed some of my new story up today and did some yoga before bed as usual.
April 11th, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk! Made chef salads for dinner tonight and did film a new video for my YouTube channel.
April 12th, 2016: The video I filmed yesterday? Dummy mistake. I ended up deleting part of the footage I needed for it and I had to scrap the whole video and made a new one from scratch and even tried using my new editing software. That didn't work either and I went ahead later and re-filmed it. Did film another video (but I wasn't happy with that one either so I deleted it). Hyatt's daily trail walk! Discovered new podcasts I hadn't listened to yet (Joyce Meyer and Psycho Babble- Tyler Oakley & Korey Kuhl's podcast- both were great!).
April 13th, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk! Made banana "ice cream" and added peanut butter to it! Super yummy by the way! Filmed an unboxing video for my YT channel and began editing that too.
April 14th, 2016: Did a quick meditation this morning; Hyatt's daily trail walk! Got out to a meeting that was supposed to happen but didn't (it got rescheduled for later this month). Did quick errands with my mom and did a random act of kindness today, too!
April 15th, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk! Made some delicious frosted funfetti sugar cookie bars for a birthday party tomorrow! Tried my new Daiya vegan pizza- so YUMMY!
April 16th, 2016: Headed out to a birthday party today and it was fun! Went to do a quick Target run (got some new books- "Calm" by Michael Acton Smith and "Living Well Spending Less" by Ruth Soukup; new headphones; stevia packets; pacifica face wipes- coconut water! Yas! gardein seven grain crispy tenders; method french lavender room spray; magnetic to do list notepad).
April 17th, 2016: Went to do gardening, grocery and CVS shopping today! Went on a nice walk with my mom; helped with gardening stuff; listened to podcasts, too.
April 18th, 2016: Did some "Just Dance" on the xbox one; made myself delicious chicken tacos for dinner; also made my lists for next month, too.
April 19th, 2016: Got chores done and taken care of as normal; Hyatt's daily trail walk! Did quick errands with my mom; made homemade hummus and even cooked spaghetti for dinner! Yay!
April 20th, 2016: Did some "Just Dance" and I even snuck in some 10 minutes of meditation. Did a quick errand out with my mom and recieved the nicest compliment while at the errand- "I Hope You Have A Wonderful Life." :)
April 21st, 2016: Did the normal trail walk with my doggy, Hyatt (did 12.5 miles! A lot I know but so worth it!); went and talked to my step-grandma over at her house while munching and drinking Starbucks! Also went with my parents on the hunt to three different Targets to find a fire pit for my grandparents new house and even went to Chevy's for dinner. YUM!
April 22nd, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk! Got a video filmed for my YT channel; left for my grandparents house this weekend. Also, my grammy surprised me with an Autism speaks nightlight (ended up using that for my bathroom) and British tea (one kind was blackberry raspberry and the other was chamomile- both were yummy by the way!).
April 23rd, 2016: Had a nice day at my grandparents' house (did a lot of gardening work and a new sink was installed too) and one of my favorite YouTuber's responded to my comment on her newest video- I was giddy and happy when it happened! :)
April 24th, 2016: I chose on this last day at my grandparents to sit on their dock and enjoy my tea and the beautiful sunshine (it was my highlight of the day!); also got freshly made chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream- so yummy!
April 25th, 2016: Made a pitaya bowl for this monday (combined frozen pitaya- which is dragonfruit, banana, and strawberries in a blender with some almond milk and topped it with chia seeds, coconut shreds, granola, and a strawberry)- YUM! Got my big meeting over with (can't wait to go to my new program soon). Also, got Starbucks as normal, too. Made dinner and also baked some chocolate chip banana bread.
April 26th, 2016: Went and voted in the primaries; got to do some fun errands- Whole Foods, Target and even went to lunch at Ledo's, too. Went and made some guacamole, too. Took some time aside to do yoga and meditation that night.
April 27th, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk! Did some "Just Dance" playing; got my bathroom cleaned like normal and even meditated for 10 minutes too.
April 28th, 2016: Hyatt's daily trail walk! Usual chores got done, too. Also filmed a spontaneous video for my YouTube channel today as well; made some delicious vegan chocolate chip cookies on this day, too.
April 29th, 2016: Went and met (not going to be but maybe temporary) therapist for an appointment today and did some quick errands afterwards; watched some Netflix with my momma.
April 30th, 2016: Productive day: cleaned up and organized my closet, did loads of laundry and put that away too, cleaned all of my sheets/bedding/pillows, and also got my dog for a quick walk today.

My March 2016 In a Nutshell
Hey, all! This is one of my monthly nutshells for you to read today! Hope you enjoy!
March 1st, 2016: Went ahead and got groceries for this day and even got Starbucks, too! Even made dinner for that night as well.
March 2nd, 2016: Did my usual chores and watched a movie called "Miss You Already" and I will warn you, if you rent it from redbox be prepared to get your tissue box out. Just warning you now! Even meditated tonight, put laundry away and tidied my room up before bed (weird on the chores I know).
March 3rd, 2016: Got a new video filmed for my YouTube channel today; did take my panicked dog to the vet; even tried some of the new Citrus Green Tea Latte with coconut milk from Starbucks today- super yummy! Highly recommend it! Saved the rest for tomorrow morning.
March 4th, 2016: Began working on a new health guide today; my sister arrived from South Carolina today and helped my mom unload groceries.
March 5th, 2016: Got my health guide all finished up today; edited my new YouTube video for my channel; watched "Across the Universe" on Netflix (if you've never seen that movie, I highly recommend it!); also did some yoga before I headed to sleep that night.
March 6th, 2016: This day was weird I woke up at 6am to discover I had chest pain (thanks, anxiety!) and since I was up super early, I did take a nap later on (which was super needed). Got my chores done and even made dinner, dessert, and an appetizer today. I even recieved old 1971 Betty Crocker recipe box from my Grammy (super awesome by the way).
March 7th, 2016: Had my therapy appointment today and that went well; went to target after the appointment and bought some things (my mom got me some basic shirts in grey, stripes, white, and a tribal printed tank top; and I got the books "Pretty Happy" by Kate Hudson, "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" by Marie Kondo, So Delicious Dairy Free Gluten Free Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Suja Raspberry Probiotic Water, Tom's of Maine Toothpaste(s), and Crest Mouthwash). Even got my new YouTube video uploaded too!
March 8th, 2016: Prepped for two new YouTube videos today; got my dog Hyatt out for a walk with my sister; finished my "Pretty Happy" book up; went and did a random Walmart run and got a couple workout shirts, chocolate chip cookie dough larabars, simple skincare moisturizer, simple skincare micellar cleansing water, a candle lighter, and feminine hygiene products- you catch my drift here, ladies. Did some yoga tonight as well and planned stuff out in my planner, too.
March 9th, 2016: Woke up and did the stretching routine (as best I can) out of Kate's book "Pretty Happy" (I've never had so much energy for that day!); got one of two YouTube videos filmed today.
March 10th, 2016: Did a quick yoga sequence this morning; wrote some lists for my YouTube channel videos and even edited my videos I was working on, too; my sister even got me Starbucks today, too! Yay!
March 11th, 2016: Got a blogilates video in today and stretched afterwards; cleaned out my desk drawers and got rid of things as well; went out for dinner (as it was my sister's last night here before she went back to SC tomorrow) and watched "Jurassic World" as well.
March 12th, 2016: My March 2016 Birchbox came in the mail and it was super cute! Got usual chores done; planned YouTube channel stuff; did some yoga as well.
March 13th, 2016: Thanks to daylight savings time, I woke up early and enjoyed some tea and read the sales papers; even went out to Lowe's and got some new fancy toilet seat covers (ooohhhh! LOL!); got my hair trimmed, too; made guacamole; took a nice hot bath with the scent of lavender surrounding me and even did a face mask.
March 14th, 2016: Per usual, I had my therapy session today; went to Target after my appointment (again!) I got myself a cute pastel coloured tumbler, a lavender sage candle, "women's health" April 2016 issue, simply balanced veggie quinoa frozen meal, yogi honey lavender stress relief tea, rainbow muffin liners, zico coconut water with orange juice, and suja green delight juice.
March 15th, 2016: Did a quick 10 minute meditation this morning; had an important meeting to attend to and bought me a foam roller at Walmart; my Ipsy bag came in the mail, too! Yay!; helped with making dinner and made cinnamon swirl banana muffins.
March 16th, 2016: Filmed my birchbox and ipsy video for my YouTube channel today; chores got done as usual; even prepped a crockpot meal for tomorrow; did some yoga before I went to sleep.
March 17th, 2016: Did usual chores and got that done as well and watched "San Andreas" (don't watch it I didn't really like it); had a delicious corn beef, cabbage, potato, and other veggies meal for dinner as it was st. Patrick's day; read my "pretty happy" book (off and on) and did some yoga before bed.
March 18th, 2016: Got my doggy Hyatt on the trail near my house today and even took some jasmine green tea with me for our walk (foam rolled before I took Hyatt out on the trail as well). Made pizzas for dinner!
March 19th, 2016: Cleaned my room up (cleaned my window from head to toe; put new sheets on my bed; rearranged decor on my desk, bookshelf, and dresser; cleaned my dressed and desk, too); put a new shower curtain up my mom was about to throw out; had delicious homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner (YUM!)
March 20th, 2016: Got my to-do list ready for the week and did my "the 52 lists project" book as well. Did help my mom out with a lot of spring cleaning today. Watched "The Passion" on FOX (super wonderful to watch to end my good day with; the show was telling the tale of Jesus of his rise then him getting resurrected).
March 21st, 2016: Had my last therapy session (for a while as my therapist is heading on maternity leave soon); she gave me a book as a nice reward called "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren and I couldn't wait to read it! She also gave me some "homework" to do while she's on maternity leave (it's like super easy stuff to do. not complicated by the way). Went to Target (again!) and walked around and I got a few things while I was there- Stevia packets, mystic mango kombucha, burt's bees mango lip balm, and one other thing I forgot. Even meditated tonight, too.
March 22nd, 2016: Got chores all done for today; painted above my bathroom (as I got new bathroom lights installed over my bathroom mirror this month) and paint got everywhere! Who knew paint was so messy? Had delicious turkey slider for dinner; began packing for my trip to my grammy's this week.
March 23rd, 2016: Got all of my packing done! Left to go to my grammy's house today and dropped my doggy, Hyatt off at the kennel. And just enjoyed time with family while I was at my Grammy's house tonight.
March 24th, 2016: Helped out with some yard work at my grammy's house; did some light stretching/yoga on the dock near the house; also, read some of my "You Are a Bad-a**" book, too (earlier in the day and before bed).
March 25th, 2016: Went out to the store to get some things for recipes and dinners and anything else (my mom got me a new tea to try and some magazines and a green juice); got Starbucks, too and had a nice salad for lunch (see my Instagram for the picture); helped my dad with some things around the house; went and did a random walmart run (got a cute journal and a couple of magazines); even did some light yoga before bed.
March 26th, 2016: Went to the Farmer's market near my grandparent's house (by the way if you didn't know they live near ocean city, MD in case it was confusing you; but got some cool things at the Farmer's market- some loose leaf teas, matcha powder, coconut amish bread, and homemade dog treats, and pampered chef seasonings too). Baked up some treats for Easter tomorrow (made my mom coconut- pecan shortcakes with a strawberry lime topping and homemade whipped cream; my grandmother got lemon sherbet cupcakes with a lemon buttercream frosting); did some more yardwork and even dyed easter eggs too.
March 27th, 2016: Happy Easter, everyone! The Easter Bunny bought me an Easter themed adult coloring book with colored pencils included; lindt milk chocolate bunnies; dove dark chocolate pieces; banana creme truffles; beanie boos twinkle toes bunny stuffed animal; lindt dark chocolate bunny. Did my usual to-do list and "52 lists" book as well. Colored in my coloring book and did light stretching/yoga on the dock and even danced on the dock, too.
March 28th, 2016: Left from my Grammy's house and headed home and got Hyatt from the kennel; halfway home I tried a new quest bar flavor- double chocolate chunk! YUM! It tasted like a straight up brownie! Now home, and got everything unloaded from the car. Got pizza for dinner and did usual chores; began making my general/grocery/online items lists up.
March 29th, 2016: Got an important phone call taken care of, did some "Just Dance" and even stretched after dancing; made guacamole and prepped taco toppings for dinner (as we were having tacos that night).
March 30th, 2016: Got all of my chores I needed done and even had a pretty healthy eating pattern too (avocado toast with egg and strawberries and kiwi for breakfast; salmon and brown rice for lunch; spicy blue corn tortilla chips with guacamole for a snack; chef salads- mine had spinach, iceberg, romaine, an american salad blend, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and onion topped with cooked seasoned chicken breast tenderloins and tossed in oil and vinegar as my dressing. Had popcorn and banana as my last two snacks for the night. My nightcap was lavender chamomile tea. Drank water throughout the day and had green tea with lemon and honey with lunch; drank my mystic mango kombucha with dinner). Took a nice hot bath with lavender and even painted my nails a nice light baby pink color.
March 31st, 2016: Got a couple blog posts done; did the lengthily amount of chores for my mom; made salmon, asparagus, and baked sweet potatoes for dinner; finished one book which was "You are a bad-a**" then started on "Fresh Start" by Joel Osteen.

My February 2016 In A Nutshell
Another month in a nutshell for you to read! I hope you enjoy reading!
February 11th, 2016: Today was a rather weird day: I had a "friend" console me to see what was wrong about yesterday; another "friend" took control of a another "friend" (and I knew why too). Also, my friend brought me back the worst tasting cupcake (I've never had a cupcake that bad in my life!) Had an important meeting to attend; even my February Birchbox came today (made my day so much better!)
February 12th, 2016: Today is a day I want to forget and remove from my memory altogether. I thought I was going today was going to be a nice day at the center for the party. Certain people just like to kill my mood and my dad eventually came to pick me up and we grabbed lunch on the way home and I finished packing for my Grammy's this weekend (even snuck some mediation in today as my day was hectic- I really needed it).
February 13th, 2016: Today began great and ended weirdly; went out to do some errands and got lunch with my parents (had the most delicious vegan pizza ever!); made angel food cake with whipped topping with fresh berries. I had an unthinkable moment later of where I thought my ex would give someone like me another chance- he didn't. So, the unthinkable part is where I tried to attempt suicide. I didn't do it. Then it was bad to have a soda before bed and I started freaking out, hyperventilating, and crying. My mom had the final say- I eventually slept in her room that night due to the chaos.
February 14th, 2016: Today was great! My mom and I had a girls' day out shopping and getting Starbucks! Went to American eagle outfitters, Marshall's, bath and body works, and Hanes outlet. Got some nice things from there. Made dinner that night and enjoyed watching "Lip Sync Battle" (I did get some nice flowers, a stuffed animal and chocolate from my Dad for Valentine's Day by the way).
February 15th, 2016: Today was the day we left and headed home and it evened snowed! Yay! On our way home, stopped to get Hyatt from the kennel and we got home and unloaded. Did an over the phone appointment with my therapist at 4 (due to the weather). And also, due to my mental health, I wasn't allowed to go into my volunteer center but I doubt I'll be going back anyways.
February 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2016: Mostly took care of things around the house and taking care of myself, too.
February 20th, 2016: Today I got my daily readings in and cleaned my closet up, too; went to do some errands with my mom as well. I also did a well deserved relaxation routine- did some yoga and mediation; read my "You are a bad-ass" book and drank my tea as I read it.
February 21st, 2016: Got my daily readings in today and made my mom some strawberry banana muffins (yummy by the way) and guacamole, too; and got some chores taken care of; enjoyed watching "Disneyland 60" on ABC as well.
February 22nd, 2016: Started on making my grocery and general list for next month; got a video filmed for my YouTube channel; had my therapy appointment today too (made a quick store run before going there). This was one night I couldn't sleep, so thank goodness for tea. It helped. I didn't sleep well that night either.
February 23rd, 2016: One fine rainy day, I had my tea and even did some exercising on the game "Wii Fit U", too. Even (yet again) made some guacamole, too; and cupcakes! Made those too! And talked to my sister as well; got some yoga and mediation in tonight (which was great!)
February 24th, 2016: Continued working on my general and grocery list; played some "Just Dance" on the Xbox one; I made dinner tonight and yet we had a tornado warning and stayed 15 minutes past after the warning was discontinued (*fail!* thanks, mom) .
February 25th, 2016: Got my lists done! Chores got done and helped my mom with unloading groceries too; I cooked dinner tonight (gave my mom a rest and I did it tonight- spaghetti!), served it, and cleaned it up, too. Did usual yoga/stretching and mediation tonight (also did my Happify app too!)
February 26th, 2016: Did my daily readings and had my tea as I read them; got chores done before my mom got home (*sigh* Yay! :D) And watched "Fuller House" on Netflix (so good so far)!
February 27th, 2016: Got rid of two bags of clothes that I don't wear anymore and put away laundry; had dinner with my grandparents and step-grandma, too. And at least my tea was good!
February 28th, 2016: Made my to-do list for this week; even got my dog for a walk on the trail today (highlight of my day by the way); My mom and I finished up "Fuller House" on Netflix as well. Had my tea, wrote some stuff down and read some chapters in my "You Are a Badass" book.
February 29th, 2016: Great day today! Even my therapy appointment went well and I was remained calm almost all day (thanks, essential oil rollerball!) Got my daily readings in and even read my "You Are a Badass" book, too and even mediated for 10 minutes before going to sleep.

February 1st, 2016: Went to my volunteer center and worked on job applications and goofed off with my friend. Also went to see my therapist today (before that I went to store to get ingredients for a dip and a few other things). Went out to dinner, talked to my friend at home on the phone and on Oovoo.
February 2nd, 2016: This was one day I don't even want to recall at all. But I went to my center and tried to enjoy my day. After I got home, I went to go grocery shopping with my mom.
February 3rd, 2016: I stayed home today cause ladies you catch my drift why here. Wrote my friend a letter and watched "Chronicle". Talked to my friend (yet again about anything and everything).
February 4th, 2016: I stayed home yet again and watched TV. Got a couple of Amazon orders which were the book " You Are A Badass" and editing software for my laptop. And also filmed a "Pet Peeves" video for my YT channel. Well at least I had my tea tonight too.
February 5th, 2016: Today was weird. I went to my center and someone I don't get along with came in today. I did get to hang out with my friend though. Which was nice. Wrapped some baby shower gifts for my cousin and talked to my friend on Oovoo.
February 6th, 2016: Went to my cousin's baby shower and it was nice. Made a quick store run on my way home, too.
February 7th, 2016: Went out with my mom to get stuff (got a new drink at Starbucks, too!) Made snacks for the super bowl and enjoyed the game as well!
February 8th, 2016: Went to my volunteer center today and did a new activity and danced around with my friend too. Also as usual went to see my therapist. And talked to my friend on Oovoo and treated myself to a face mask, and painted my nails. Also had my tea and read my "You are a badass" book too.
February 9th, 2016: Today was an okay day. My friend was being a huge butt and didn't seem to want to be around me at all. And at home I talked to my friend too.
February 10th, 2016: Today was the worst day of my life. Was supposed to go in but I couldn't do it today. Came back home, and my dad helped me with fixing my bed too. Talked to my friend again per usual.
February 11th, 2016: Today was a rather weird day: I had a "friend" console me to see what was wrong about yesterday; another "friend" took control of a another "friend" (and I knew why too). Also, my friend brought me back the worst tasting cupcake (I've never had a cupcake that bad in my life!) Had an important meeting to attend; even my February Birchbox came today (made my day so much better!)
February 12th, 2016: Today is a day I want to forget and remove from my memory altogether. I thought I was going today was going to be a nice day at the center for the party. Certain people just like to kill my mood and my dad eventually came to pick me up and we grabbed lunch on the way home and I finished packing for my Grammy's this weekend (even snuck some mediation in today as my day was hectic- I really needed it).
February 13th, 2016: Today began great and ended weirdly; went out to do some errands and got lunch with my parents (had the most delicious vegan pizza ever!); made angel food cake with whipped topping with fresh berries. I had an unthinkable moment later of where I thought my ex would give someone like me another chance- he didn't. So, the unthinkable part is where I tried to attempt suicide. I didn't do it. Then it was bad to have a soda before bed and I started freaking out, hyperventilating, and crying. My mom had the final say- I eventually slept in her room that night due to the chaos.
February 14th, 2016: Today was great! My mom and I had a girls' day out shopping and getting Starbucks! Went to American eagle outfitters, Marshall's, bath and body works, and Hanes outlet. Got some nice things from there. Made dinner that night and enjoyed watching "Lip Sync Battle" (I did get some nice flowers, a stuffed animal and chocolate from my Dad for Valentine's Day by the way).
February 15th, 2016: Today was the day we left and headed home and it evened snowed! Yay! On our way home, stopped to get Hyatt from the kennel and we got home and unloaded. Did an over the phone appointment with my therapist at 4 (due to the weather). And also, due to my mental health, I wasn't allowed to go into my volunteer center but I doubt I'll be going back anyways.
February 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2016: Mostly took care of things around the house and taking care of myself, too.
February 20th, 2016: Today I got my daily readings in and cleaned my closet up, too; went to do some errands with my mom as well. I also did a well deserved relaxation routine- did some yoga and mediation; read my "You are a bad-ass" book and drank my tea as I read it.
February 21st, 2016: Got my daily readings in today and made my mom some strawberry banana muffins (yummy by the way) and guacamole, too; and got some chores taken care of; enjoyed watching "Disneyland 60" on ABC as well.
February 22nd, 2016: Started on making my grocery and general list for next month; got a video filmed for my YouTube channel; had my therapy appointment today too (made a quick store run before going there). This was one night I couldn't sleep, so thank goodness for tea. It helped. I didn't sleep well that night either.
February 23rd, 2016: One fine rainy day, I had my tea and even did some exercising on the game "Wii Fit U", too. Even (yet again) made some guacamole, too; and cupcakes! Made those too! And talked to my sister as well; got some yoga and mediation in tonight (which was great!)
February 24th, 2016: Continued working on my general and grocery list; played some "Just Dance" on the Xbox one; I made dinner tonight and yet we had a tornado warning and stayed 15 minutes past after the warning was discontinued (*fail!* thanks, mom) .
February 25th, 2016: Got my lists done! Chores got done and helped my mom with unloading groceries too; I cooked dinner tonight (gave my mom a rest and I did it tonight- spaghetti!), served it, and cleaned it up, too. Did usual yoga/stretching and mediation tonight (also did my Happify app too!)
February 26th, 2016: Did my daily readings and had my tea as I read them; got chores done before my mom got home (*sigh* Yay! :D) And watched "Fuller House" on Netflix (so good so far)!
February 27th, 2016: Got rid of two bags of clothes that I don't wear anymore and put away laundry; had dinner with my grandparents and step-grandma, too. And at least my tea was good!
February 28th, 2016: Made my to-do list for this week; even got my dog for a walk on the trail today (highlight of my day by the way); My mom and I finished up "Fuller House" on Netflix as well. Had my tea, wrote some stuff down and read some chapters in my "You Are a Badass" book.
February 29th, 2016: Great day today! Even my therapy appointment went well and I was remained calm almost all day (thanks, essential oil rollerball!) Got my daily readings in and even read my "You Are a Badass" book, too and even mediated for 10 minutes before going to sleep.

My January 2016 In a Nutshell
January was a rather interesting month for me and I'm about to tell you what happened... Let's do this!
January 1st, 2016: Today went out with my sister and got my groceries, and even took care of putting Christmas stuff away. Helped with making dinner. Re-watched an 1D dvd with my sister and her friend and even watched YT videos.
January 2nd, 2016: Got rid of old articles, did some chores (which is always fun), watched "Eat Pray Love" on TV, and relaxed that evening by doing some yoga and meditation.
January 3rd, 2016: Made some banana blueberry muffins (for breakfast) and spaghetti squash with turkey meatballs (for dinner), watched football (my team won by the way), and finished putting christmas items away.
January 4th, 2016: This day was rather interesting but it got better- filmed a new video for my channel on YT- "Lauren Talks: Anxiety, Tips on Staying Positive, and Relaxation". It's a new series I'm doing for this year. If I like this year, I'll continue it. Since also that same day (and i'm trying to be more personable) with you all- I went to see my therapist that day (been since Nov. 16th, 2015) and she's great and made my day better. Went to do a Target run afterwards, got dinner, and headed home. My sister got me my favorite scrub from bath and body works- Wild Madagscar Vanilla. YAS!
January 5th, 2016: I went back to my volunteer center (as I didn't go yesterday) and that morning was interesting since nausea likes to overtake me and that day I didn't have an appetite. That day continued on a worse note and someone I'm not that really friends with gave me a hug. It was really weird. Still continued to put christmas stuff away.
January 6th, 2016: This was a bit of a better day; My day at the center was good and my parents came back from their long cruise vacation today. And best part ever? My sister got me Joel Osteen's book "Fresh Start"! Yay! Can't wait to read it! :D Even an Amazon order I got came that day as well- a makeup mirror something I've always been wanting.
January 7th, 2016: This was a rather weird day- went to my volunteer place, met a new cilent of who creeped out my friend, and helped out with doggies at SPCA. And realized the two people I talked to were only pretending to be my friends. :( My sister made a wonderful steak stir-fry for dinner and even played "Just Dance 2016"
January 8th, 2016: Stayed home again that day, and my friend talked to me that morning (it was nice- it just was weird when he called me the nickname he gave me when we were dating). Later on, went out to dinner (as it was my sister's last night there). Went to a place called Nando's (YUM!) and then did a quick but much needed Target run (got stationary, a magazine, and something else I don't remember).
January 9th, 2016: My sister left today! :( Got chores done as usual, and talked to my friend. It's nice when you recieve Arby's curly fries as a snack. And even helped my mom out with dinner (TACOS :-D).
January 10th, 2016: Chores yet again folks (nothing new here about that) and went to visit an ill relative of mine and watched the football game. Made some whipped topping for the angel food cake we had that day. It was yummy!
January 11th, 2016: Made some funny sayings to my friend (he joked about the green juice I had for breakfast whereas his nice plaid shirt looked good on him. He ran into the other room as I said that). Went to the mall [at my volunteer center in case you were wondering], and my brown rice spilled all over the middle of the mall! How embarrassing! Ended up buying a lunch at the mall that actually tasted good. Went to see my therapist [prior to leaving, my friend did the "Star Wars" imperial march- I liked it! :D] and it was a nice appointment. Even danced to "Confident" by Demi Lovato. :D
January 12th, 2016: Mainly chilled at my center all day, and went to my first ever yoga class! It was fun! My mom even came along too. And even enjoyed my new favorite show that night with a cup of tea!
January 13th, 2016: Ended up staying home again; got my unboxing for my YT channel filmed on that day (ipsy, aloha, and birchbox- in case you were wondering). Helped my mom with dinner as well.
January 14th, 2016: Another day at home again; got chores done while I was at home as well. Played my "Just Dance 2016" game, too.
January 15th, 2016: I went on an outing at my center which was bowling (I wasn't being stuck in the office all day). The bowling was nice! My other friend talked to me (which was nice). Talked to my friend later on that day, too.
January 16th, 2016: Mainly stayed in today as it was the weekend; made myself turkey burgers for dinner, and even walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Made a supergood postworkout smoothie- spinach, Quest nutrition chocolate milkshake protein powder, strawberries, and almond milk. YUM!
January 17th, 2016: My friend was nice enough this morning to video chat with me (appreciated it). And discovered it was snowing outside! :D Got some of my chores started and done. And talked to my friend about things and watched some of Big Fish (before I discovered later that they took it off of Netflix) on Netflix. :(
January 18th, 2016: Today felt like a different me today. Enjoyed my tea this morning, and began reading my new book my sister got for me and read some of my bible. Watched YT videos, and discovered my parents got back from their weekend trip. Then went to finally get ready for the day. Had my therapist appointment as usual, even danced to "Alive" by Sia, and made a quick store run afterwards.
January 19th, 2016: Today was an okay day. Did my Holy Bible app this morning and even had tea, too. Went to the movies and people just kept killing my mood today. I walked out of the theater because I was so fed up with people. At least I had my favorite meal that night which was pasta with meat sauce. YUM!
January 20th, 2016: Another horrible day again! :( Everyone didn't seem to want to be around me and I felt so invisible. It hurt so bad inside. At least I had my adult coloring book with me that day. Even got chores done too.
January 21st, 2016: Today was good :) Much better than the past two days. I was supposed to go to SPCA (at my volunteer place but didn't and I even snuck in 2 minutes of mediation on my Calm app on my iPod). Played a game on my friend's laptop (Galaga, anyone? :) ) Had a delicious dinner that night. Also, finished my "Binge" book by Tyler Oakley (hilarious youtuber by the way!).
January 22nd, 2016: We were expecting a snow storm, but my volunteer center still wanted us to go on in. Did small activities there and got to go home early. Later on, watched a movie on Netflix with a cup of tea intact (Cinnamon Vanilla Healthy Skin by Yogi I had). The movie I watched was called "What Maisie Knew" in case you were wondering.
January 23rd, 2016: Good day :) Got my "Lauren Loves It for January 2016" (my twist on a favorites video) filmed for my YT channel. Chores; watched some movies and relaxed.
January 24th, 2016: That day got some stuff done at home and talked to my friend on video chat; did some "Just Dance 2014"; made my Facebook page for my YouTube channel and fell down the steps getting snow off the steps. Wonderful.

January 26th, 2016: Was off yet again due to the weather and did some more errands and did go to my yoga class (got some new mats at Walmart prior to my yoga class).
Janauary 27th, 2016: Went to my center today (I was praying for another day at home) and played super smash bros with some of my peeps. I felt super awkward playing with them. It's just me. Also made my friend her cookies for her birthday (she's obsessed with Pokemon so I made her Pokeball cookies).
January 28th, 2016: My friend liked her cookies, and went out to lunch for the January birthdays at my volunteer center. I had a horrible time! 😞 My friends did try the cookies and liked them. I was so happy that day was so over!
January 29th, 2016: Went out for a mother daughter date! It was nice! Starbucks! Walmart! Good day out! I did have the house to myself for the evening and played "Guitar Hero Live" and watched my new favorite show "Undateable". Talked to my sister on the phone and my friend on video chat.
January 30th, 2016: Did eat breakfast outside and even had my tea too! Took care of chores and filmed a new YouTube video for my YouTube channel.
January 31st, 2016: Worked on grocery lists for next month, helped my parents unload the car, and I even applied for jobs online too. Talked to my friend on video chat and enjoyed "Grease Live" on FOX. Even rewatched "Perks of being a wallflower" on my computer (love that movie! If you've never seen it I highly recommend it!)
