Here's my vacation continued (and some more stuff...) I know it's kinda late...so whatever.
July 2nd, 2011- It was a normal typical beach day and hung out with family until bed
July 3rd, 2011- The day of my uncle's birthday! It was nice since we went to the beach, celebrated, and hung out
July 4th, 2011- The beach was a no-go today so everyone did their own things today- well, since my sister and others went to the zoo, my aunt took me to this local jewelry store in town to let me pick out my graduation items I did end up with a nice coral sundress, a necklace, and a set of metal flower earrings. Afterwards, my aunt took me to a new surf shop to which I picked (and paid for) two Billabong shirts. Nice! Then to lunch and home was on our way. Came back, showed stuff to family, and wore my fourth of july shirt. Happy 235th Birthday America! Chilled out for a remainder of the evening.
July 5th, 2011- My final day in Carolina Beach! Went to the beach until 3pm, then left to go back, change, and find my Christian Siriano book I've been wanting! Headed out at 4pm, my dad went to find his geocache which took up a majority of the time, and headed to Barnes & Noble. Unfortunately, my dad asked if they had the book and they didn't have it. UGH! So, I found two other books entitled "It Gets Better" and "Emily The Strange: The Lost Days". I will enjoy those until I have my other book. So, around the time we were finding the books, we headed to Red Robin for dinner and let me tell ya- it was YUMMMM!!!!! I will be definitely be going back there again. Afterwards, we headed to Home Depot & Krispy Kreme (my dad wanted some- I could understand.) Headed home, and chilled. Btw, my uncle's balloon had been sitting out in the kitchen and sucked some of the helium out of it. OMG, I nearly died laughing! :D
July 6th, 2011- Today's the day I leave! I left around 11am to head home on this day, I was leaving my two inspirations behind- my mom and my sister (whom I don't know who I will see again) and off the road we go. I mostly read, watched movies, there was a fab thunderstorm that came by and jammed to my music. Also, we did eat in between. On the way home to MD, we stopped by borders to see if they had my book, and they didn't as usual, so I found the third book of the "Vladimir Tod" series. Made it home unpacked and relaxed.
July 7th,2011- chilled out the whole day!
July 8th, 2011- attended my first group session in weeks and of course it was the gym- weights, spinning, yoga (it was fun at first but long, sweaty and tiring!) We left and headed back to the place, and of course my dad found the book I've been wanting and my BFF and I start to talk somewhat like Christian Siriano- it was my J'adore moment! Hung out, and then left. A storm passed by, my dad's home, and chinese food was calling my name so we had that and chilled out.
July 9th, 2011- Today was one of the funnest days of my life- my BFF (who I care for deeply) came over and hung out today. She made a potatoes and onions to which was delicious! Watched TV, and talked tons. I haven't seen her in a while, of course we needed catch up time. When my dad & I took her home around 9pm, our song "Born This Way" came on and we danced and jammed out it was so cool! Brought her home, and I was left with my dad...nice. Chilled for the rest of the evening.
July 10th-11th,2011- usual days at home...blah blah blah! :-P
I will also catch y'all up on anything that happens. Btw, the final part of "Harry Potter" comes out july 15th (so sad) go see it even if you are not the biggest harry potter dork as much as I am (not afraid to admit it either.)
