October 2016 Monthly Nutshell

Here's my monthly nutshell post for October! Enjoy reading!


October 1st, 2016: Went and did some fun errands with my family today (went to Target, Chevy's- for chips and salsa, and Barnes & Noble). Played some bowling on the Xbox one with family and finally finished my Miss Pergerine's Home for Peculiar Children book tonight too.

October 2nd, 2016: Did a quick grocery store run with family and treated myself to some new freshly cut flowers to put in my room.

October 3rd, 2016: Began my new book find I got on 10/1- The Universe Has Your Back by Gabby Bernstein; journaled tonight as well.

October 4th, 2016: Continued to read some more of The Universe Has Your Back today; had a delicious cookie ice cream sandwich; also, continued to journal on this day, too.

October 5th, 2016: Had a nice but enjoyable therapy session today; got some fun goodies at Target (Pumpkin Spice Larabars, anyone?); wrote some more of my new trilogy tonight, too.

October 6th, 2016: Enjoyed my new progam outing today; began planning out stuff for next year in my new planner I got from Wal-Mart.

October 7th, 2016: Began watching Gilmore Girls on Netflix and even had a cup of decaf coffee to drink as I watched the series. Went to my grandparents house this day.

October 8th, 2016: Did some errands with family; made salted caramel chocolate chip cookies; continue to watch some more Gilmore Girls tonight on Netflix.

October 9th, 2016: Left to go home today from my grandparents house; got some pretty pictures of the sunset while crossing over the bridge on our way home (even got a cup of decaf coffee, too! Yay!). Part of my costume order came in this past weekend, too.

October 10th, 2016: Made double chocolate banana bread; did a deep sleep meditating practice and some bedtime yoga tonight, too.

October 11th, 2016: More of my costume order came in and so did my Birchbox for October 2016, too. Decided on this night as watched an episode of Gilmore Girls on Netflix, I wanted a cup of decaf coffee before bed (don't ask why).

October 12th, 2016: Took care of some YT video planning today; helped my dad out with some outdoor stuff.

October 13th, 2016: Made my favorite dinner tonight- spaghetti squash with turkey meatballs (also made from the box organic double chocolate brownies from Annie's for dessert).

October 14th, 2016: Laundry to do & Gilmore Girls on Netflix; made salmon for my mom and I for dinner tonight.

October 15th, 2016: Last part of my costume came in the mail and my lovely neighbor gave me some celebrity magazines to read; went and saw Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children at the movies tonight (did like it; they left out a lot of important things from the book I liked) and even went to Michaels' and got some new journals and enjoyed a grass-fed burger from Elevation Burger for dinner tonight.

October 16th, 2016: Made an pumpkin espresso bundt cake with a coffee-rum glaze; did usual chores.

October 17th, 2016: Began re-reading my The Universe Has Your Back book today; as usual, did my chores, too.

October 18th, 2016: My People Style Watch Magazine came in the mail and so did my Ipsy bag for October, too. Also, filmed my Birchbox and Ipsy unboxing for my YT channel today. Continued to watch some more Gilmore Girls on Netflix, too.

October 19th, 2016: Had an enjoyable therapy session today and even got Panera for dinner! Yay!

October 20th, 2016: My new program outing wasn't too bad today (got an iced coffee! Yum!); made another batch of banana chocolate chip walnut muffins.

October 21st, 2016: Went on a fun outing to the National Harbor (went on the big wheel there, ate lunch at a fancy place, and got a new journal and mug at the Life is Good store). Also played Phase 10 with family, too.

October 22nd, 2016: Did have a nice walk on the boardwalk near my house (also got coffee before hand and even ice cream, too!).

October 23rd, 2016: Made a fun dip for the football game (didn't taste terrible which is always good); treated myself to a movie night of watching one of my faves- Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

October 24th, 2016: Had a nice (not terrible) dentist appointment (even got a new toothpaste and toothbrush to use as well). My sister treated me to Starbucks after my appointment- got my usual tall almond milk chai. Filmed a YT video for my channel and made a thumbnail, too.

October 25th, 2016: Had an important meeting to attend to and even got Starbucks prior (my usual almond milk iced coffee).

October 26th, 2016: Typed up my YT schedule for next year (got lots of exciting videos planned out for you guys!). Also continued to re-read The Universe Has Your Back.

October 27th, 2016: Made chef salads for dinner tonight (Starbucks! Again! usual almond milk chai and a piece of banana walnut bread).

October 28th, 2016: Made some no bake chocolate PB coated no bake cookie dough bites; continued The Universe Has Your Back.

October 29th, 2016: Filmed a new video (almost all day) for my YT channel, edited that, and also managed to cook dinner and get all of my daily needs done. Productive? I think so.

October 30th, 2016: Went on a nice walk with my dog today and even got the Fall leaves pictures I've been dying to get as well. Treated myself to a nice time in the hot tub, painted my nails, did a face mask, and even meditated, too.

October 31st, 2016: Had an enjoyable time getting my costume all ready to go today and also helping out my parents with candy to the trick or treaters (plus my mom made the most delicous Goulash for dinner- YUM FTW!)

September 2016 Monthly Nutshell


Here's my annual monthly nutshell post for you all! Enjoy reading!


September 1st, 2016: Went on my new program outing to the mall (got some fun goodies at Bath and Body Works); did some yoga; continued to watch "Across the Universe" on Netflix.

September 2nd, 2016: Did my checkbook; made a fun dessert for my sister and my dad; did some bedtime yoga.

September 3rd, 2016: Went and did a fun outing today (Target, saw "Jason Bourne" at the movie theaters, and went to Wegmans for groceries); got our new fridge.

September 4th, 2016: Got Starbucks (was feeling Fall season like today and got a tall soy hot chai tea latte) and went to Walmart and Giant as well. Finally got my beachy bathroom altogether too!

September 5th, 2016: Planned out birthday and christmas gifts list today; ran some more errands; also planned out some new story stuff tonight.

September 6th, 2016: Read some of my new book- Miss Pergerine's Home for Peculiar Children; watched an episode or two of Family Guy on Netflix with my cup of tea.

September 7th, 2016: Did a quick lunch run with my sister; had a nice but enjoyable therapy session today; cooked spaghetti squash with sauce and turkey meatballs, cheesy garlic bread (made a vegan version for me), and salad.

September 8th, 2016: Went on my new program outing again today (went swimming as my main activity at the local aquatic center near where I live); made tacos tonight for dinner; listened to some of Good Charlotte's new album Youth Authority on Spotify; got an episode of Stranger Things in on Netflix.

September 9th, 2016: Cleaned out my closet (it was in dire need of a good cleanse); got a nice take-out meal for dinner.

September 10th, 2016: Did some errands with my mom; filmed a new YouTube video for my channel; watched our Redbox rental Now You See Me 2; got another episode in of Stranger Things on Netflix.

September 11th, 2016: Went for a much needed walk as this day got a bit rough for me; made my sister a nice reward for getting her schoolwork done- homemade passion tea lemonade! Did a bedtime yoga video and some foam rolling, too.

September 12th, 2016: My September 2016 Birchbox came in the mail today; got an episode of Stranger Things in on Netflix.

September 13th, 2016: Went for an unexpected outing for my new program today; did a bedtime yoga video and also meditated tonight, too.

September 14th, 2016: My September 2016 Ipsy Bag came in the mail today and even filmed the video for that unboxing (Birchbox and Ipsy) as well. Made some banana "nice cream" with peanut butter; watched Scooby Doo on Netflix with my sister. Enjoyed the season premiere of American Horror Story: Roanoke tonight, too.

September 15th, 2016: Went for my new program outing today (GYM TIME! <3); painted my nails in Fall season inspired shades; did a new bedtime yoga video and even meditated, too.

September 16th, 2016: Made some homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight and even whole wheat biscuits as well. Got an episode of Stranger Things in on Netflix.

September 17th, 2016: Began and finished my long list of chores; my Play by Sephora September 2016 box came in the mail.

September 18th, 2016: Prepped and cooked a creamy chicken and rice for my family for dinner tonight; also, enjoyed the Emmy's tonight on TV.

September 19th, 2016: Went and got Starbucks (per usual) and they now serve Almondmilk. Yay! Got my hot chai tea latte with almondmilk today. Did a yoga video and also meditated tonight, too.

September 20th, 2016: Got my new Shampoo & Conditioner I ordered from Birchbox today. Made my mom some seemingly healthy energy balls; took some time to journal in my notebook; helped out my mom some; read some more of Miss Pergerine's; had my tea as I watched The Perks of Being a Wallflower (for the millionth time!) and also meditated, too.

September 21st, 2016: Went and had a nice but needed therapy session today (even did a watercolor painting of a sunset overlooking the beach) and also got my shaken herbal berry sangria drink at Starbucks; our TV in our living room got rerranged and it looks good!

September 22nd, 2016: Happy First Day of Fall! Made a pumpkin spice coffee (yes, I know weird right?) with cinnamon, stevia, and almond milk; had a nice new program outing today; my sister's friend came over and I was ecstatic to see her (I don't see her very often- it was a blessing to see her today).

September 23rd, 2016: Revised my birthday and Christmas lists; cleaned out my magazines and got rid of some. too. Had one of those moments today and got help from my family (which was needed). Did a quick bedtime yoga video, too.

September 24th, 2016: Made a DIY pumpkin body scrub, and homemade peanut butter banana 'Nice cream'; did a bedtime yoga video.

September 25th, 2016: Made some snacks and delicious chili and cornbread muffins for the football game today. Also, made up new art pieces and read some more of Miss Pergerine's Home for Peculiar Children. 

September 26th, 2016: Took my doggy Hyatt for a nice trail walk today; re-watched Live in Phoenix DVD by Fall Out Boy (some of it not all of it); also did a nighttime meditation practice, too.

September 27th, 2016: Uploaded a new YT video today and also made a thumbnail for it, too. Did some bedtime yoga and meditation.

September 28th, 2016: Made some semi-delicious banana oat muffins topped with cinnamon sugar. Drew myself a nice hot bath with lots of lavender in it (so relaxing! I almost fell asleep in it, too. LOL). Read some more of Miss Pergerine's...; nighttime meditation practice occurred again and also journaled in one of my new journals my dad got for me.

September 29th, 2016: Had a fun outing at my new program today (got some goodies at Lush), and even treated myself to a face mask, too.

September 30th, 2016: Went on a fun outing with my mom to Starbucks (tried a new tea today- Mint Majesty!), Yankee Candle (got the Crisp Fall Night candle), and Walmart (various items were bought here). Went to a Washington Nationals game with the family today. It was fun! (I'm not much of a sports person or really get the terms but I tried to understand what was going on).
