My March 2016 In a Nutshell


Hey, all! This is one of my monthly nutshells for you to read today! Hope you enjoy!

March 1st, 2016: Went ahead and got groceries for this day and even got Starbucks, too! Even made dinner for that night as well.

March 2nd, 2016: Did my usual chores and watched a movie called "Miss You Already" and I will warn you, if you rent it from redbox be prepared to get your tissue box out. Just warning you now! Even meditated tonight, put laundry away and tidied my room up before bed (weird on the chores I know).

March 3rd, 2016: Got a new video filmed for my YouTube channel today; did take my panicked dog to the vet; even tried some of the new Citrus Green Tea Latte with coconut milk from Starbucks today- super yummy! Highly recommend it! Saved the rest for tomorrow morning.

March 4th, 2016: Began working on a new health guide today; my sister arrived from South Carolina today and helped my mom unload groceries.

March 5th, 2016: Got my health guide all finished up today; edited my new YouTube video for my channel; watched "Across the Universe" on Netflix (if you've never seen that movie, I highly recommend it!); also did some yoga before I headed to sleep that night.

March 6th, 2016: This day was weird I woke up at 6am to discover I had chest pain (thanks, anxiety!) and since I was up super early, I did take a nap later on (which was super needed). Got my chores done and even made dinner, dessert, and an appetizer today. I even recieved old 1971 Betty Crocker recipe box from my Grammy (super awesome by the way).

March 7th, 2016: Had my therapy appointment today and that went well; went to target after the appointment and bought some things (my mom got me some basic shirts in grey, stripes, white, and a tribal printed tank top; and I got the books "Pretty Happy" by Kate Hudson, "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up" by Marie Kondo, So Delicious Dairy Free Gluten Free Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Suja Raspberry Probiotic Water, Tom's of Maine Toothpaste(s), and Crest Mouthwash). Even got my new YouTube video uploaded too!

March 8th, 2016: Prepped for two new YouTube videos today; got my dog Hyatt out for a walk with my sister; finished my "Pretty Happy" book up; went and did a random Walmart run and got a couple workout shirts, chocolate chip cookie dough larabars, simple skincare moisturizer, simple skincare micellar cleansing water, a candle lighter, and feminine hygiene products-  you catch my drift here, ladies. Did some yoga tonight as well and planned stuff out in my planner, too.

March 9th, 2016: Woke up and did the stretching routine (as best I can) out of Kate's book "Pretty Happy" (I've never had so much energy for that day!); got one of two YouTube videos filmed today.

March 10th, 2016: Did a quick yoga sequence this morning; wrote some lists for my YouTube channel videos and even edited my videos I was working on, too; my sister even got me Starbucks today, too! Yay!

March 11th, 2016: Got a blogilates video in today and stretched afterwards; cleaned out my desk drawers and got rid of things as well; went out for dinner (as it was my sister's last night here before she went back to SC tomorrow) and watched "Jurassic World" as well.

March 12th, 2016: My March 2016 Birchbox came in the mail and it was super cute! Got usual chores done; planned YouTube channel stuff; did some yoga as well.

March 13th, 2016: Thanks to daylight savings time, I woke up early and enjoyed some tea and read the sales papers; even went out to Lowe's and got some new fancy toilet seat covers (ooohhhh! LOL!); got my hair trimmed, too; made guacamole; took a nice hot bath with the scent of lavender surrounding me and even did a face mask.

March 14th, 2016: Per usual, I had my therapy session today; went to Target after my appointment (again!) I got myself a cute pastel coloured tumbler, a lavender sage candle, "women's health" April 2016 issue, simply balanced veggie quinoa frozen meal, yogi honey lavender stress relief tea, rainbow muffin liners, zico coconut water with orange juice, and suja green delight juice.

March 15th, 2016: Did a quick 10 minute meditation this morning; had an important meeting to attend to and bought me a foam roller at Walmart; my Ipsy bag came in the mail, too! Yay!; helped with making dinner and made cinnamon swirl banana muffins.

March 16th, 2016: Filmed my birchbox and ipsy video for my YouTube channel today; chores got done as usual; even prepped a crockpot meal for tomorrow; did some yoga before I went to sleep.

March 17th, 2016: Did usual chores and got that done as well and watched "San Andreas" (don't watch it I didn't really like it); had a delicious corn beef, cabbage, potato, and other veggies meal for dinner as it was st. Patrick's day; read my "pretty happy" book (off and on) and did some yoga before bed.

March 18th, 2016: Got my doggy Hyatt on the trail near my house today and even took some jasmine green tea with me for our walk (foam rolled before I took Hyatt out on the trail as well). Made pizzas for dinner!

March 19th, 2016: Cleaned my room up (cleaned my window from head to toe; put new sheets on my bed; rearranged decor on my desk, bookshelf, and dresser; cleaned my dressed and desk, too); put a new shower curtain up my mom was about to throw out; had delicious homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner (YUM!)

March 20th, 2016: Got my to-do list ready for the week and did my "the 52 lists project" book as well. Did help my mom out with a lot of spring cleaning today. Watched "The Passion" on FOX (super wonderful to watch to end my good day with; the show was telling the tale of Jesus of his rise then him getting resurrected).

March 21st, 2016: Had my last therapy session (for a while as my therapist is heading on maternity leave soon); she gave me a book as a nice reward called "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren and I couldn't wait to read it! She also gave me some "homework" to do while she's on maternity leave (it's like super easy stuff to do. not complicated by the way). Went to Target (again!) and walked around and I got a few things while I was there- Stevia packets, mystic mango kombucha, burt's bees mango lip balm, and one other thing I forgot. Even meditated tonight, too.

March 22nd, 2016: Got chores all done for today; painted above my bathroom (as I got new bathroom lights installed over my bathroom mirror this month) and paint got everywhere! Who knew paint was so messy? Had delicious turkey slider for dinner; began packing for my trip to my grammy's this week.

March 23rd, 2016: Got all of my packing done! Left to go to my grammy's house today and dropped my doggy, Hyatt off at the kennel. And just enjoyed time with family while I was at my Grammy's house tonight.

March 24th, 2016: Helped out with some yard work at my grammy's house; did some light stretching/yoga on the dock near the house; also, read some of my "You Are a Bad-a**" book, too (earlier in the day and before bed).

March 25th, 2016: Went out to the store to get some things for recipes and dinners and anything else (my mom got me a new tea to try and some magazines and a green juice); got Starbucks, too and had a nice salad for lunch (see my Instagram for the picture); helped my dad with some things around the house; went and did a random walmart run (got a cute journal and a couple of magazines); even did some light yoga before bed.

March 26th, 2016: Went to the Farmer's market near my grandparent's house (by the way if you didn't know they live near ocean city, MD in case it was confusing you; but got some cool things at the Farmer's market- some loose leaf teas, matcha powder, coconut amish bread, and homemade dog treats, and pampered chef seasonings too). Baked up some treats for Easter tomorrow (made my mom coconut- pecan shortcakes with a strawberry lime topping and homemade whipped cream; my grandmother got lemon sherbet cupcakes with a lemon buttercream frosting); did some more yardwork and even dyed easter eggs too.

March 27th, 2016: Happy Easter, everyone! The Easter Bunny bought me an Easter themed adult coloring book with colored pencils included; lindt milk chocolate bunnies; dove dark chocolate pieces; banana creme truffles; beanie boos twinkle toes bunny stuffed animal; lindt dark chocolate bunny. Did my usual to-do list and "52 lists" book as well. Colored in my coloring book and did light stretching/yoga on the dock and even danced on the dock, too.

March 28th, 2016: Left from my Grammy's house and headed home and got Hyatt from the kennel; halfway home I tried a new quest bar flavor- double chocolate chunk! YUM! It tasted like a straight up brownie! Now home, and got everything unloaded from the car. Got pizza for dinner and did usual chores; began making my general/grocery/online items lists up.

March 29th, 2016: Got an important phone call taken care of, did some "Just Dance" and even stretched after dancing; made guacamole and prepped taco toppings for dinner (as we were having tacos that night).

March 30th, 2016: Got all of my chores I needed done and even had a pretty healthy eating pattern too (avocado toast with egg and strawberries and kiwi for breakfast; salmon and brown rice for lunch; spicy blue corn tortilla chips with guacamole for a snack; chef salads- mine had spinach, iceberg, romaine, an american salad blend, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and onion topped with cooked seasoned chicken breast tenderloins and tossed in oil and vinegar as my dressing. Had popcorn and banana as my last two snacks for the night. My nightcap was lavender chamomile tea. Drank water throughout the day and had green tea with lemon and honey with lunch; drank my mystic mango kombucha with dinner). Took a nice hot bath with lavender and even painted my nails a nice light baby pink color.

March 31st, 2016: Got a couple blog posts done; did the lengthily amount of chores for my mom; made salmon, asparagus, and baked sweet potatoes for dinner; finished one book which was "You are a bad-a**" then started on "Fresh Start" by Joel Osteen.

My February 2016 In A Nutshell

Another month in a nutshell for you to read! I hope you enjoy reading!

February 1st, 2016: Went to my volunteer center and worked on job applications and goofed off with my friend. Also went to see my therapist today (before that I went to store to get ingredients for a dip and a few other things). Went out to dinner, talked to my friend at home on the phone and on Oovoo. 

February 2nd, 2016: This was one day I don't even want to recall at all. But I went to my center and tried to enjoy my day. After I got home, I went to go grocery shopping with my mom.

February 3rd, 2016: I stayed home today cause ladies you catch my drift why here. Wrote my friend a letter and watched "Chronicle". Talked to my friend (yet again about anything and everything).

February 4th, 2016: I stayed home yet again and watched TV. Got a couple of Amazon orders which were the book " You Are A Badass" and editing software for my laptop. And also filmed a "Pet Peeves" video for my YT channel. Well at least I had my tea tonight too. 

February 5th, 2016: Today was weird. I went to my center and someone I don't get along with came in today. I did get to hang out with my friend though. Which was nice. Wrapped some baby shower gifts for my cousin and talked to my friend on Oovoo. 

February 6th, 2016: Went to my cousin's baby shower and it was nice. Made a quick store run on my way home, too.

February 7th, 2016: Went out with my mom to get stuff (got a new drink at Starbucks, too!) Made snacks for the super bowl and enjoyed the game as well! 

February 8th, 2016: Went to my volunteer center today and did a new activity and danced around with my friend too. Also as usual went to see my therapist. And talked to my friend on Oovoo and treated myself to a face mask, and painted my nails. Also had my tea and read my "You are a badass" book too.

February 9th, 2016: Today was an okay day. My friend was being a huge butt and didn't seem to want to be around me at all. And at home I talked to my friend too. 

February 10th, 2016: Today was the worst day of my life. Was supposed to go in but I couldn't do it today. Came back home, and my dad helped me with fixing my bed too. Talked to my friend again per usual. 

February 11th, 2016: Today was a rather weird day: I had a "friend" console me to see what was wrong about yesterday; another "friend" took control of a another "friend" (and I knew why too). Also, my friend brought me back the worst tasting cupcake (I've never had a cupcake that bad in my life!) Had an important meeting to attend; even my February Birchbox came today (made my day so much better!)

February 12th, 2016: Today is a day I want to forget and remove from my memory altogether. I thought I was going today was going to be a nice day at the center for the party. Certain people just like to kill my mood and my dad eventually came to pick me up and we grabbed lunch on the way home and I finished packing for my Grammy's this weekend (even snuck some mediation in today as my day was hectic- I really needed it).

February 13th, 2016: Today began great and ended weirdly; went out to do some errands and got lunch with my parents (had the most delicious vegan pizza ever!); made angel food cake with whipped topping with fresh berries. I had an unthinkable moment later of where I thought my ex would give someone like me another chance- he didn't. So, the unthinkable part is where I tried to attempt suicide. I didn't do it. Then it was bad to have a soda before bed and I started freaking out, hyperventilating, and crying. My mom had the final say- I eventually slept in her room that night due to the chaos.

February 14th, 2016: Today was great! My mom and I had a girls' day out shopping and getting Starbucks! Went to American eagle outfitters, Marshall's, bath and body works, and Hanes outlet. Got some nice things from there. Made dinner that night and enjoyed watching "Lip Sync Battle" (I did get some nice flowers, a stuffed animal and chocolate from my Dad for Valentine's Day by the way).

February 15th, 2016: Today was the day we left and headed home and it evened snowed! Yay! On our way home, stopped to get Hyatt from the kennel and we got home and unloaded. Did an over the phone appointment with my therapist at 4 (due to the weather). And also, due to my mental health, I wasn't allowed to go into my volunteer center but I doubt I'll be going back anyways.

February 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2016: Mostly took care of things around the house and taking care of myself, too.

February 20th, 2016: Today I got my daily readings in and cleaned my closet up, too; went to do some errands with my mom as well. I also did a well deserved relaxation routine- did some yoga and mediation; read my "You are a bad-ass" book and drank my tea as I read it.

February 21st, 2016:  Got my daily readings in today and made my mom some strawberry banana muffins (yummy by the way) and guacamole, too; and got some chores taken care of; enjoyed watching "Disneyland 60" on ABC as well.

February 22nd, 2016: Started on making my grocery and general list for next month; got a video filmed for my YouTube channel; had my therapy appointment today too (made a quick store run before going there). This was one night I couldn't sleep, so thank goodness for tea. It helped. I didn't sleep well that night either.

February 23rd, 2016: One fine rainy day,  I had my tea and even did some exercising on the game "Wii Fit U", too. Even (yet again) made some guacamole, too; and cupcakes! Made those too! And talked to my sister as well; got some yoga and mediation in tonight (which was great!)

February 24th, 2016: Continued working on my general and grocery list; played some "Just Dance" on the Xbox one; I made dinner tonight and yet we had a tornado warning and stayed 15 minutes past after the warning was discontinued (*fail!* thanks, mom) .

February 25th, 2016: Got my lists done! Chores got done and helped my mom with unloading groceries too; I cooked dinner tonight (gave my mom a rest and I did it tonight- spaghetti!), served it, and cleaned it up, too. Did usual yoga/stretching and mediation tonight (also did my Happify app too!)

February 26th, 2016: Did my daily readings and had my tea as I read them; got chores done before my mom got home (*sigh* Yay! :D) And watched "Fuller House" on Netflix (so good so far)!

February 27th, 2016: Got rid of two bags of clothes that I don't wear anymore and put away laundry; had dinner with my grandparents and step-grandma, too. And at least my tea was good!

February 28th, 2016: Made my to-do list for this week; even got my dog for a walk on the trail today (highlight of my day by the way); My mom and I finished up "Fuller House" on Netflix as well. Had my tea, wrote some stuff down and read some chapters in my "You Are a Badass" book.

February 29th, 2016: Great day today! Even my therapy appointment went well and I was remained calm almost all day (thanks, essential oil rollerball!) Got my daily readings in and even read my "You Are a Badass" book, too and even mediated for 10 minutes before going to sleep.
